I always come across friendly, organized baristas here. They've never messed up my drink order in years of going here on the way to work.
As soon as I walked in the trash was overflowing near front door (bad first impression). I was greeted though. We went to order through the app first and had everything in our cart but it wouldn't let us place the order because an "issue with one of the items in our cart". So we went inside, specifically to get a sweet pastry. Even though their case was full, they were out of the first three options we gave them (items that were in the case). Then we ordered something that needed warming (a brownie) and they said their oven was down. Then my wife went to get a cold brew, and they said that was down too. I personally got a Peppermint Mocha and it was good. But overall, this ranks as one of the worse experiences we've ever had at a Starbucks.
Whenever I would like to feel good about over paying for something like coffee or 18 almonds in a bag or a CD I'll never even unwrap, I go to a Starbucks.

I used to come to this Starbucks after picking my mom up from work in the morning. But after my last experience there I will no longer be coming because I tried asking for my usual drink and I did receive the wrong drink but the girl that answered the door wanted to argue with me about it. I always order a venti iced toasted white chocolate mocha at least 2 to 3 times a day so I know my drink obviously. I tried to tell the girl this is not my order it's too dark of a drink and it tastes like a regular mocha, instead of just fixing it she argued with me saying no that's the color of the drink I make this drink all day everyday, then asked me do you just want me to make you another one to show you it's the same color and I said sure. She then brought out another drink which was exactly like the old drink and hands it to me saying "there is that better" in a very snotty way and I did not want to keep arguing with her over a drink so I just said yes and took it and went to another Starbucks that I always go to in Hendersonville. Now I can see if I came up to this girl in a rude way why she would be snotty towards me but I wasn't, I just simply explained to her in a very calm tone that it was too dark to be a toasted white mocha.
Takes about 20 minutes to get a drink with only a few cars in line, slowest drive thru I've ever been in
Fast, good service. Quality coffee. Always get in and out quickly
