Food quality sucks! Who puts nacho cheese on eggs??? Was nasty
Wow! May 1st, 2022 at 4:12 p.m. ticket # 677899. Tray T4, stall 10. Order was one Sonic cheeseburger combo with tater tots and lemonade and an order of mozzarella sticks for a total of $12.18. I immediately tasted a tater tot which was room temperature, opened up my cheeseburger to find that it was cold and missing the cheese. So I called back through the red button, and employee came out and said that they would redo it. It clearly says cheeseburger on the receipt. I also made a point of saying are they going to remake it because it's going to be completely cold by the time it gets back. Otherwise. He told me it would be remade. He brought the cheeseburger back out after maybe 2 minutes. I opened it up and it's even colder than when I send it back. Not only is that just bad service, that's unsanitary. Not that they will ever read this review, and it's pretty much come to be what I have expected from any fast food service for about the last 20 years or so. More often than not. No matter where I go my order is wrong, but at least it's usually warmer than room temperature.
It sucked, I ordered and waited 25 minutes for two blasts. People pulled in beside me and got their ordered and I'm still waiting. I'll go get some good ice cream somewhere else!
Top chain burger place in Asheville hands down. Great job keeping it going during the pandemic.
Predictably yummy drive in food - never varies or disappoints. Help wanted posters up and they truly need it to keep up the pace.

This place was superb! We got breakfast brioche sandwiches and they were delicious and also a lot to eat a very good price! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a decent meal at a decent price also with quick service!

Wish I could give it negative 5 Stars they always burn my food I have give them chance after chance I recommend that they close this Sonic or get better staff the best sonic off of 74 Charlotte highway got closed but anyways I will not go back and recommend nobody go there unless you like burt food.
Apparently you can not use the drive thru if you have more than one person ordering. Only one transaction per vehicle. We were literally the only car in the drive thru
