Closed early at 825pm???? No notice of closing early and the open sign was on/up. Employees were in store. Unacceptable!
We checked the store hours since I know the wave had staffing troubles lately, it said 7pm. My daughter was having a particularly bad day so we made the trek across town to get a smoothie but after waiting for 10am one in the drive through line a girl came out to say they were no longer open. I’m sorry, but that’s unacceptable. If you’re going to change your hours due to staffing issues I get it, but change them in google so people don’t waste and hour driving to your store and back for nothing. This is not the first time this has happened therefore I decided it was time to leave a bad review. We can be respectful of the struggles w the labor market but you as a company have to work with the customer as well- it’s just fair.
Very Disappointed. (3rd time trying to catch them open.)Disappointed in "Actual Hours of Service". Online States closes at 8pm. Location has a note that says closes a 7pm. Today was 6:20pm.No one in line ahead of me..Drive thru attendant tells me, Nope, Sorry-Only filling online orders.. :( Someone needs to figure out the Actual Time One Can Drive Thru and order something.
I’m a regular Smoothie King customer. The workers have always been nothing but kind to me, the line gets long but I recognize that’s due to short staff.I’ve decided not to return here, not because of the employees but because of how they are treated. I refuse to contribute towards a company that overworks their employees like this.Do better Smoothie King.
Always great smoothies & wonderful staff?Update: still great, no 32oz cups currently, got a 40oz.. but.. there was still smoothie to fill it up

Always a treat. You have to wait a lil bit longer seems staff is low but otherwise no complaints and always thick on the smoothie tip!!!
