The facility and location are beautiful. Big, open deck with lots of seating facing the French Broad where you can see the kayakers and tubers float by. If you have kids, there is room on "the green" for them to run. Down there, there are flowers and picnic tables and lots of open green space. The standout for me, however, is the menu. It's the type of menu where you will have trouble deciding what to order because the items are exceptional and unique. We had the gamut; drinks, seafood, chicken, salad, sides and desert, and all were fresh and wonderfully prepared. Oysters were juicy, as was the chicken. Salad was crisp and beer was cold. The service was warm and patient and kind. Every time I visit Asheville I discover a new favorite restaurant, and this one is it!

Such a great restaurant, I must try in Asheville! Great location by the river and the food is phenomenal. Cocktails are always a hit and we’re never left disappointed, highly recommend!

Lovely club. We were lucky to be let in not being members or NC residents. The atmosphere both inside and outside is lovely, the service fantastic and the food incredible. But having all of these with the amazing view of the river was the cherry on the top!

We got the SAME guy as last time - but this time he was so much better. He even did a fun party trick with his elbow that both horrified and enthralled the table. This time the experience was great but the food was a little underwhelming. Drinks were wonderful and came out wicked quick.Plating was excellent. Had we feasted with our eyes alone we would have left walking on clouds. The halumi appetizer was both cold, under seasoned, and was generally forgettable. I even slathered it in the relish topping and it made no difference. The thick cut bread wedges that came with it made no sense - it's not a spreadable cheese. More like stacking dominos. The veggie burger had nothing holding the patty together - it disintegrated before I could take a bite nd I had to eat it with a fork. The bun was good but without a bite it didn't make sense to eat it, so it got left behind. I paid $2 for pimento cheese and scraped off roughly no pimento cheese from the bun. The pickles were good. The Alabama sauce was runny. The ketchup tasted like fresh tomato soup. Half the fries were cooked right, the rest were mostly overcooked. The beet and kale salad was fine but nothing about it was very memorable and I sampled from the non-vegan salad plate on the table. The mushroom entree was confusing. Nobody bothered to look at the dessert menu. Nothing was BAD, it all just missed the mark.I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate our large party (I made reservations in advance) but the food just didn't deliver. Normally we'd be passing bites around the table and there was none of that after the appetizer round. It gets VERY loud inside during peak hours when the space is full. Shouting is mandatory.---The food ranged from good to great, but our server was such a sourpuss that it spoiled the night. Looking forward to going again and getting someone different.

All ways the most amazing staff! Very well trained, friendly, professional team! Food is always of excellent quality and quantity! The kitchen (Chef) plans, prepares, and executes an epicurean adventure for the table! As we return to normal would like to see the old brunch menu return??!! Hidden jewel in plan sight! Though an excellent place for a meal! Not a bad place to grab a snack and beverage just on deck while walking, biking, river walk! ? I have enjoyed this place for years, I hope to for many more!

Ambiance is lovely, the food and the staff never disappoint. Are very accommodating about veganizing menu options.

Sat at the bar and didn't try a lot of food, so this is a bare bones review, but the halloumi cheese and the mussels were both excellent, as was the glass of wine. The atmosphere is great, being pieced together from old freight containers. I'll definitely come back for a full meal sometime soon.

My favorite restaurant in the Asheville area! I always have a wonderful culinary experience, and my very picky husband also loves their food! The staff are professional, efficient, and, knowledgeable. The setting by the French Broad River is divine.

Fantastic restaurant for locals. High end experience. Excellent food and cocktails. Everything was great. We had the special (squash linguini), trout entree, muscles, cocktails, brownies dessert.Everything exceeded expectations and would definitely revisit. Lots of out door seating for warmer times down by the river and on the back porch. Service was fast and pleasant

This is an amazing restaurant in a really cool location right on the river! The food was great and it's a neat building. Keep in mind someone has to be a north Carolina resident as it's members only. I highly recommend it ? ?
