Sooooo GOOD! We have Thai where I live ( Franklin) and this Thai like one upped the one in Franklin. No doubt the Thai in Franklin is good, this restaurant perfects the tiniest details! Like even the topper for your straw. Automatically gives you water right when you sit down. Food is cooked fast and Delicious. There is only one server. ( The only one I saw. You can see all the tables) But with that one server he got the job done and got some of his side work done. Very impressed and food was fantastic. Bathrooms are kept clean and the outside of the building is very different from the inside. In a good way. Very Recommend. IM WOWED!?

This place is absolutely amazing! A hidden Gem! The food was excellent! Food came out hot and fresh, great flavor and portion! Presentation was nice. Service couldn’t be beaten! The owner was awesome! I really look forward to coming back! The menu looks great!

The worst food and personal service in a restaurant in years. We were seated and had to wipe off our seat which was full of food from the previous guest. So already it’s not good and then we ordered asking specifically about not getting peppers in my dish as I have issues/allergies to bell peppers. I was told no problem. My partner ordered spicy pad Thai. The drunken noodles came out with peppers. Not wanting to complain I started to pick then off my plate. The server came over and scolded me not to put peppers on the table, took my partners napkin she was using and removed the peppers from the table. He asked if I wanted a new dish I sheepishly said ,” Yes,please, worried after I just got scolded”In the meantime my partner was trying to even figure out why the Pad Thai tasted like rubber chicken spaghetti noodles with only chili oil as flavor. She stopped eating it. It was inedible. My “new” dish came out in 2 minutes literally. (Same dish but peppers removed which matters none because they were cooked in). No other help from the server was given even though a full plate of food sat there uneaten. We then asked if it was normally like this? He said ,Yes and I’m only the server. Ok,we weren’t asking you to cook. He said he would bring the manager. She never. came to our table. She looked over and then sat with a table full of regulars and ignored any problem. So we paid and left. We got food elsewhere in town as Asheville has wonderful food and service but you won’t find that here.We have eaten here before years ago and it was good. It is not the same. I rarely/never write reviews but the poor service combined with the food quality warrants a public review. We tried to rectify it there and then but the owner chose not to. So here we are….the truth publicly.

Delicious! I had the chicken Crispy Roll and Massaman Curry. Both were excellent. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

After working and living in Thailand for eight years and returning to the States, we always have made it a habit to seek out Thai restaurants on our travels. Siam Thai rightly deserves 5 stars. I would give them more if I could! The food is prepared with authentic Thai flavor. And the service was superior. I can’t say enough positives about BOTH! We were only in the area for two days before leaving, but by visiting Siam Thai on a Sunday the only disappointment was it is closed on Monday because we would have gladly eaten there again.

The food was fantastic and came out really fast despite them being really busy. We got ginger stir fry, eggplant stir fry, and green curry. I would warn that the green curry does tend to by spicy, while the ginger stir fry takes a little bit more to make it spicy (I got hot spice level for the ginger, but it still wasn't very hot). The staff are very nice, if few. If you are vacationing in the area, I recommend visiting.

Excellent meal. This was our first time here and we will be back. The place doesn't have much personality or ambience, but we came to eat. There was only one guy handling all the tables and other duties, but he managed to mostly keep up and was probably exhausted at the end of the day. Our food came earlier than expected. Might try takeout from here next.

We got several dishes, including the Tamarind Duck and the Drunken Noodles, which were all good, and portions were plentiful, providing enough leftovers for yet another meal

YUM! Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. I like my Thai food REALLY spicy (I usually order double Thai hot at most restaurants), but Thai hot is perfect here! So watch out, it may be spicier than other restaurants you’ve been to. Thank you Siam Thai! I’ll definitely be returning again.

The drunken noodles were very good. The Tai wings were delicious, but rather small for the price. Overall, we will definitely be back to try out more dishes.
