The gentlemen that served us tonight were great! They acknowledged the kids, said hello, and asked what they wanted. The pizza was good as well!
The new management is fantastic! The pizza was hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent! I work in the mall, I will definitely be back!

I take reviews seriously. So giving a one star is not something i tend to do. Sbarro should take extra time when it comes to hiring. The management has made my visit very unpleasant. I find it difficult to reach someone to talk about my visit so this review is a last resort in hopes that the company can reach out to me to go into further detail. This site itself is a place i highly encourage everyone to avoid. If you want your money's worth, good customer service, better go somewhere else. This place doesn't provide that. I am really upset about the way i was treated. And highly disappointed. I expected better. ?
The food has definitely improved over the years. I recommend the pizza for sure. The employees aren’t very helpful though as much as I hate to say it, I wasn’t able to hear them very well and they were rude to me due to that issue. Decent food, poor choice in staff members.
I tried to call and place an order on 12/23/21 and the “manager” refused to serve me, he also refused to let me talk to another manager and hung up on me.

Website says there open they say they open . I’ve sat in the food court for 45 minutes and watched the employees run about 20 people off. Kinda sad it used to be a good place to eat
