I’m a titanium member and this was a wonderful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent location right downtown with walking distance to everything. We appreciated having the outdoor lounge are and on site bar. I was upgraded to a suite with wonderful views. We switched over to the Grand bohemian halfway through our stay and found ourselves missing this hotel. And it was half the price!

It could be all 5 stars without much effort. Great location, good staff, older building that has been updated nicely. Good beds, good bathrooms, solid property. Smart to have a small lobby bar, but everyone should out exploring the brew pubs and awesome bar options all over town. Great view from upper floors!

I was checking out reviews about Bitcoin Expert traders on Facebook but was scared to invest to into a wrong hand, until I decided to invest with Mrs Winifred Demetrius FX. and she turns out to be the best among all. I invested just $900 and received a profit of $8,200 after 7 days. You also want to trade with a legit Expert trader? Contact Mrs Winifred Demetrius Fx via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +15614630760 She very trustworthy and reliable.

Proximity to downtown Asheville is great. Great service, attentive staff.

I am a Titanium Elite/Lifetime Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member with thousands of nights stayed at Marriott properties and I must say, this experience was in the top 25 I have ever had - and even tops some Ritz Carlton experiences. This property really made our family vacation extremely enjoyable. The property was very centrally located, well updated, well appointed, clean, and operational - but the standout here was the staff. The front desk agent, Brittany, went out of her way to get me a room upgrade that I desperately needed (anyone who has traveled with a toddler understands the need for space). Once I got to the room, there were macaroons, fresh fruit, and a note from the property manager thanking me for my loyalty. At breakfast, the staff was extremely helpful, funny, personable and despite the food being somewhat mediocre, the staff elevated the experience. I was able to do a late check out without even once being bothered by the cleaning crew, which was a first. I was really losing faith in the Marriott brand after some very bad experiences resulting from the pandemic, but this has restored a lot. This shows the impact of having an outstanding staff who never lose focus of customer service/experience. Each one of these individuals should be well taken care of to keep them at this property. Kudos to the property manager, you are doing everything right here.

Hotel was very clean and looked like it was well-maintained. An abundance of pillows in the hotel room, which was nice for sitting up in bed and reading. Parking was easy at just $20/day and the hotel was close to the south slope for walking to and from breweries and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Indoor saltwater pool AND a hot tub!? Yes please.Walking distance from downtown Asheville; just make sure to bring some comfy shoes for any uphill walking. The view from the hotel room is beautiful- the entire wall is a window and you can see both the city and the mountains. Will only stay at this hotel anytime we visit!

Beautiful hotel with great views and a nice interior design, and in a great location, very walkable to all areas of the city and easy parking. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to a few of our requests (early check-in, high floor).A few complaints:- we were told at check-in that there would be no housekeeping service and no one would be entering our room unless we requested housekeeping. Not a problem. We did not make any housekeeping requests, yet came back to a cleaned room during one of the days of our stay. We were happy to have had the room cleaned, but we were a bit concerned because we has left a number of valuable items and cash exposed, which we would have otherwise kept locked or hidden away had we known someone unknown would be entering our room.- We requested bath towels twice. The first day it took over an hour for someone to bring them. After our room was cleaned the next day we were once again left with not enough towels. We requested 2 more to be delivered to our room and no one ever came.-Bartender was very unfriendly. We ordered a drink and a glass of water. He gave us the drink but then rudely told us to get a bottle of water at the front desk. It was very rude and he acted as if pouring a cup of water was such an inconvenience for him.Aside from that the rest of our stay was great and we would return.

In my short time visiting this hotel I had a really great experience. The staff were all friendly, very professional, yet laid back. Room was clean, bed comfy, and shower ran well. I had the buffet style breakfast, and again the staff were so lovely. Donna served me and has the best presence to her.

Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby with nice artwork all around. The breakfast does not need to cost 18 dollars. While it is better than other hotels' I've been to in the past with included breakfasts at no extra fee and still enjoyable, not worth 18 dollars in my opinion. The room I slept in was clean and nice, except for the ceiling above the air conditioner which was falling apart and moldy, and the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. What I thought was very neat was the bathroom mirror, which had an undetectable rectangular section in the middle, approximately shoulder to head height, that was seemingly made of some different type of glass or material that is resistant to fog. When I finished my shower, I noticed that all of the mirror was entirely fogged up, except for the middle section, which remained clear and reflected perfectly, allowing me to see my face and shoulders without a problem. I like that!
