Fatherâs Day dinner. We had a great time and enjoyed some delicious food! We were seated right away and our server was amazing!!
Went here for the first time to see what all the hype was about and I can honestly say it wasn’t worth my time . The cheddar biscuits didn’t taste fresh and then we had waited for a while for our food and after receiving it some of the food was still not hot . If I’m waiting for that long I should expect everything on my plate to taste hot and fresh . My alcoholic drink tasted very flat it was a mixed drink but the juice tasted like it was a light calorie juice . The only good thing I can really say that came out of this was our server she was very sweet and on top of everything and that’s why we gave her a tip .
My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to stop in the first night for the convenience. However, the food was so good we ending up eating here two nights in a row during our stay. We were seated quickly and our dinner was served without delay. Matt was our waiter both nights and he was exceptional. He provided us with service you wish you could get at every restaurant. He was polite, informative and has a great personality. Matt, thank you so much!!

The managers here always go above and beyond so amazing I have never seen customer service like this anywhere. Had a great interaction recently as well with one of the managers the guy was helping me get some biscuits that got left out of an order and not on their fault it was our fault and he even gave them to me complimentary just to make my day better and easier and it really did help It really did make things feel good all just from some simple biscuits. Now that's a manager that I can put my faith in and I can say that Red lobster is doing a great job. Helped me out no questions asked.
Charity was our waitress this evening. She offered impeccable service. Best we have had in years. She was quite busy but never missed a chance to ensure our experience was pleasant. Thank you so much Charity!

Both me and the wife ordered the same thing the steaks medium. When they came they were rare and cold in the middle, sent them back and they microwaved them. They were dried out and tough. Still raw and cold in the center. Who microwaves a steak?
We were seated immediately. The bathroom was very clean, attractive and well stocked. We received their famous biscuits plus our biscuits within a few minutes. The entire dinner was well prepared and so tasty! Our server was went out of her way to take care of us. We were totally satisfied and left with enough food for lunch the next day. Yes, the food was awesome.
