Ate on Patio, very noise with traffic and motorcycles driving by. For a 7:00 reservation they were out of trout( the only fish item) also out of homemade bread sticks. Rack of lamb was 3 small, thin chops. For our group of six , we all agreed it was overpriced for very small entrees. It seems they cater to first time tourists. We will not rush back.

The menu was limited and was misleading. I.E. The menu stated rack of lamb and was served 2 small lamb chops--not acceptable.

Delicious food. For a change I could choose anything on the menu, which is awesome. Gazpacho and gf breadsticks divine. Great service!

As always, the food and service was absolutely amazing.

The table where we were seated was very noisy. The trout was bland, basically flavorless. The prices were high. The wine was overpriced. Will not return.

We decided on Posana because of the many gluten-free options. The tomato appetizer was delicious. The prime rib was average and overpriced. The special of the day was trout which was good. The service was a bit slow. It could have been because we ordered meals that were gluten free. However, the food and dining experience was not worth the price.

Menu is limited especially for my husband. We were here last year and he had a meat dish which was excellent. The chicken meal was fabulous. What made our experience so great was our server Caleb. He was funny, attentive and a wealth of information when it came to explaining the food.

We are from Charleston, SC where foodies go to live out their days grazing through the abundance of creatively envisioned and expertly executed cuisine. Good restaurants don’t last long in CHS only the extraordinary survive. I also live with Celiac Disease. Posana lived up to the Celiac community hype! GF Breadsticks were better than average. Actually tasted like a yeasty roll but I missed a little crusty crunch, and they were a bit too dense for my jaw. The beets with goat cheese and quinoa stole the show through to dessert. Beets were tender, wisp of pancetta provided a great salty foil to the sweetness of the beets. The quinoa was crispy and nutty and the goat cheese provided the perfect tang. Nicely portioned for two. The 1/4 chicken entree was kind of forgettable with virtually no seasoning on the (slightly dry) meat or the fingerling potatoes. The au jus was light but had a bland palate and didn’t do anything to liven up the flavors of the dish. BUT, DON’T STOP NOW!! Dessert was out of this world. Like, levitating out of my chair, out of body experience. I savored every morsel of the sweet potato pie. Crust had the perfect bite, mild sweet potato flavor with OMG! Sous vide pineapple and a hefty fig preserve schmear. There’s a lot going on but it all comes together in a textural and flavor nirvana. The banana pudding was Devine (and I’m super critical of BP bc i make a fantastic BP). The BP had a surprising weight to it but the trifle style with the whipped cream layers kept it light in the mouth. The BP is well portioned and could satisfy 2 if sharing but I guarantee you wouldn’t want to share.

Posana provides a 5 star phenomenal farm to table dining experience for not only those with celiacs and gluten issues but for all diners. The drinks were innovative and tasty and the food (appetizer and main course) was original and delicious. The dessert was decadent and beautifully plated. Highly recommend Posana for a romantic and authentic dining experience.

The food was delicious and cooked just right. The sesame bread sticks were delicious.
