We were looking for Greek food and Pomodoros was the place recommended. We discovered that the menu has a good amount of Italian dishes as well (will try next visit). Service was great, food was delicious, prices were reasonable.

An excellent experience. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, drawn by other Trip Advisor reviews. I had the Eggplant Parmigiana and a Greek salad; she had a Chicken Gyros with Tabbouleh. Both dishes were excellent. Because it was Wednesday bottles of wine were half price; we ordered a bottle of the Principato Pinot Grigio, recommended by our server. It paired well with the food. We sat outside on the shaded patio and enjoyed a leisurely meal in very pleasant surroundings. The service was prompt, attentive and pleasant. We were very pleased with the food, the atmosphere and the service and would highly recommend this establishment.

We were visiting Asheville to see the Biltmore and we stopped for dinner before we checked into our hotel. When in a restaurant for the first time we order 'Calamari" if it is available. If a restaurant can do a good job with preparing Calamari, they are a good restaurant !! Our "Calamari appetizer" was actually a bit of a sweet taste. Our waitress (Joan) explained that it was a "Balsamic glaze" on the Calamari that was the sweetness that we tasted. These folks knew how to cook !!! My wife ordered "Eggplant Parmigiana" and I ordered "Sausage & Peppers". Good meals, great service !! We had dinner with some to take home. This is a topflight restaurant !!

Loved this place. My wife and I stopped here because our first choice was closed but man we dont regret it. Our appetizer was delicious and wild, brought out and set on fire! so coolPizza was delicious as well highly recommend

The strombolli was good, salad was ok, had LOTS of stalk that wasn't chopped very well, tiramisu was delicious. Overall good but not for the price, $32, expected a little more for the price

Amazing food and service !!!

As travelers we took a chance on this place but ended up wishing we lived nearby so we could visit more often. We shared a Greek salad and a plate of delicious manicotti- best we’ve ever had. Hot crusty bread with olive oil dip was a great start. House wine was a good value and tasty. Our server was friendly and efficient. Very satisfying visit!

Pizza was pretty good. But what I didn't like was how unwelcoming and rude the lady was to my husband who picked up the pizza for us. He said he was very nice and respectful to her while she was processing his payment but she continued to have a attitude the whole time for no reason.

Takeout delivery. First time Stromboli Meat lovers was a large serving with a side of sauce for dipping. I was glad I asked for extra sauce, it was a tad salty but delicious and crust crispy.Greek salad was good if small serving for the price. Dressing excellent.Good meal to split or for the very hungry.

After a full afternoon of hiking, we were hungry and Pomodoro's was just what we needed. We enjoyed bread, bruschetta, spanikopita, salads, manicotti, melitzanes papoutsakia, and a chocolate amaretto bread pudding with coffee ice cream. We intentionally over ordered and enjoyed the whole meal again for a second night (minus the bread pudding that was so delicious we didn't even take a photo). This is an excellent choice for herbivores and omnivores.
