Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had
This may be the best restaurant ever! The food was to die for, the service was impeccable, and they were so accommodating to my daughter and made her two off menu items that were DEELISH!!!

This restaurant is head and shoulders above any plant-based restaurant we’ve ever tried. Eating here was a delight from start to finish. I’d recommend everything we tried (cauliflower starter, ravioli, tempeh and dessert brownie) but we’re positive everything on the menu is superb. Wednesday night and the place was packed, so plan ahead.
One of the best meals I’ve had in Asheville since moving here! The ravioli were to die for and the cauliflower was the best cauliflower I think I’ve ever had. The desserts were also delicious - omg the blonde with the beet ice cream 10/10! The only critique I had was the crème brûlée being more the texture of panna cotta rather than a traditional creamy crème brûlée. Still yummy, just not the texture I was expecting!
Excellent menu and cooking, with good portion sizes. Eaten at various vegan restaurants and this is up there with the good ones. Only criticism is that the desserts could be improved on slightly, more sauce on the cheesecake / more pear and topping on the creme brulee.
I wish I could them 6 stars! We had the ravioli, ramen, mushroom/cauliflower mash, and the crème brûlée. All were delicious. My favorite was the cremini ravioli. Will definitely be back!
This restaurant is a must-visit for any plant-based diners. We enjoyed cocktails, a starter, entrees, and desserts and everything we ordered was amazing- especially dessert!
Delicious is not a strong enough word to describe how the food at Plant tastes. This was an absolutely pleasurable experience. We had the cauliflower small plate, applewood smoked mushrooms, and the peanut butter cheesecake. We would highly recommend Plant to anyone.
Absolutely phenomenal, colourful, delicious and meticulously crafted menu.Jason is an expert in his field, and an absolute gent. He took the time to talk us through the menu and make recommendations based on our personal tastes.Annie Joe didn't disappoint with booze recommendations either.My mate and I didn't want to leave. Thank you all so much!P.s I would've included pictures of the deserts, but we couldn't wait to wolf them down. Irresistible!
