Spent forever waiting even though I ordered online and had it scheduled at a certain time (they wernt busy) but they kept messing up and at one point forgot part of my ordered and then when I get home I see that everything is burnt, I tried to call them to see if they'd fix it and spent forever on hold multiple times for NO ONE to answer the phone. Definitely upset to say the least.
For being short handed I received excellent customer service and the customers coming in were all compassionate and understanding...
Just ordered the pasta mix and match, was sent two chicken alfredos. Cannot get through to the store at all. Orders need to be double checked before being sent out, it was a very simple order.
Bad food, extra cheese we paid for never made it on the pizza.Wings were very old, very dry. Should have get a pizza at Fool Lion and got my wings there also

There's an issue if I leave a 1-star...I ordered online at around 8:30pm. Came to pick up around 8:40 pm. It said 10-20 minutes. No problem. I got my pizza at 9:30 pm. Still not an issue.When they handed me the pizza, it came out of a warming bag... I'd been at the restaurant since around 8:40 pm. I'd asked how long it'd been in the bag. They said not long at all... just a few minutes. I'd seen it put in the bag about 8:50 pm but assumed it was another pickup order. Several people came in and ordered while I was there and had their food.The part that's bothersome is I knew it had been in the bag a long time. Of course the pizza was less than warm, at best, and rubbery... You know, for example, when it's sat out for 30-40 minutes. Sometimes it's best to apologize and take responsibility. For most people that goes a lot further than telling them that they're wrong, in a round-about-way...Typically service at this location is pretty good. Once they rang up the wrong pizza for me. I paid for it and mine so they wouldn't have to do a refund because they were busy and I wanted to help out.We'll have to find another Hut to frequent...

Ordered delivery and never received my pizza. Called multiple times and only got through once to which he immediately said i would be connected to front desk which still didnt answer. Finally randomly got a refund that I only noticed by checking my bank account manually. Waited over 4 hours for this delivery.
Everywhere in Asheville was busy with crazy long wait times so we decided to just have pizza delivered to our hotel room. Not only was the food delicious, but it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. They beat the other local small pizza restaurants nearby on taste, delivery time, and price. I would highly recommend this location!
