Pizzas are wonderful & average wait time on ordering a pizza is 15 to 20 minutes and piping hot.
Had the delivery driver calling basically asking if I was going to tip him. (I tip cash based on service for any online order.) I told him it depends on the service, he "huffed, and hung up on me. During that call, I question the call, as I have never had them call to "confirm my info" in all the years that I have ordered from them. Anyways, he shows up, I greet him, and the first thing out of his mouth (with attitude) is that he's been there for however long and never delivered to our house. I confront him on his attitude and he just continues on being rude. $0 tip from me obviously. Teach this person manners and don't have him coming to my address again.
Update 2/13: After several months I hoped they had fixed their previous issues. Have it a 3rd try in a year. NOPE! Ordered a large meat and medium cheese. Both were burned/overcooked. I absolutely will never order from Leicester pizza hut ever again!Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. The past two times I've ordered pizza from this location It's been the worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. The dough has been flimsy and not thoroughly cooked. Also it's only about an 1/8 of an inch thick and doesn't even taste right. Found toppings on it that weren't supposed to be on it. And the hand tossed crust has been terrible. Not happy and very disappointed. Only good part of ordering from here is how fast it gets to my house. But not worth it for bad pizza. Won't be ordering from here again anytime soon if ever again.
Rude, service tipped the blond haired lady with glasses $3 ordered a medium supreme pizza for $20 and asked for extra sauce. She gave me a tiny little cup about half full. I asked if I could get some more sauce. She said it was a dollar extra.... So I said well can you fill this cup all the way since it's not full she said that's as full as we fill them.... Stupidity going to lose business over a little bit of sauce.
Horribly unprofessional, told me once I arrived at the store that my order, already fully paid for through doordash could not be made. It was a single plain cheese pizza. 6:50pm Feb 2
Got pizza that was not warm and kind of cold. I didn't want to microwave it because I didn't know how long the pizza was out for, therefore didn't know if any bacteria grew on it. The store didn't answer any of my numerous calls to try and resolve the issue. I think this is unacceptable and unprofessional and will not be eating here in the future.

Ready in 15 minutes- exactly as I ordered. Touchless pickup- pleasant staff. I can always depend on it being the same each time.
I usually get great pizza from this location. Today my pizza was light on cheese. Disappointed.
