I love this pizza place, it has the 3 most important things, thin crust, quality pizza, and is open late. I probably go here too much to be honest, but I'm sort of hooked.Did I mention the slices are gigantic? I am 6'1 and they reach from the tip of my middle finger to the crook of my arm. Highly recommended.
Best pie ever. Every time I'm up in Asheville. I have to stop by this place. This in burial beer is go to have to stop locations. Luckily they're right next to each other. They also happen to be the biggest pie I've ever seen in my life but that's just a bonus
Delicious pizza and friendly staff! I'm super glad we decided to check this place out. Don't be deterred by the seemingly high pricing; the quality of the pizza is outstanding and the size is absolutely enormous.
The best part about this place is the size of the pizza, it is huge. The quality is fitting for the self described "night time food", not particularly good but not terrible either.I won't say the service was bad,but I will say that we paid $38 for the pizza . They also added 3$ for 2 waters without telling me they don't offer free courtesy water like every restaurant I've ever been in.The guy that took my order was clearly not happy to be there and after not hearing him over the music he slaps his hands on the counter in exasperation and points up to the 4 types of pizza listed on the wall and says " just pick one".Then it automatically added 20% tip that in my confusion, missed so I paid a total of 52$ for a to-go pizza.
Aside from the fun of getting an insanely large pie, it's really tasty. We enjoyed the garden pizza, its thin crust, and simple sauce. The best part is having to tilt the box slightly sideways to take it home ?
PIE.ZAA- Where a slice takes up 2 paper plates, and a pie requires the cashier to hold open the double doors for you to exit. The minimalist menu keeps it simple: cheese, sausage, pepperoni, veggie, or Flavor of the Month. Great music. Open late when the rest of town was closed. Best part- the NY style pizza is super tasty, crust is perfection, and the dips are chef’s kiss. (Scott is pictured standing next to the pizza box!) #whatitdough
Visiting town for stuff and landed at this pizza spot. I liked the food but I'd like it even more it it did fit in a plate instead of falling out. Melted cheese on a table tied to a slice in a plate that it doesn't fit in is not a great idea to eat from. Also found out they don't have Chicken as a regular item on the menu. I ordered cheese slice and veggie slice and my table had pepperoni slice as well. Good food. Rr was clean.
Order and pickup was so quick! It took less than 10 minutes to drive there, order and pickup my food. The pizza was very tasty, good flavor, and not to mention big portions !!! The slice was huge. I am from NYC so I know good pizza. This pizza is comparable to what I’ve had in NY, not 100% but it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Asheville so far. Thank you ! Only thing I’d suggest is being able to order pizza by the slice online. The only ones online were pies.
Wow. The size of these slices is epic!!! Thank you. The only pizza close to this is IN NYC. This pizza is absolutely amazing. The crust is so thin, crispy, holds it firmness, not droopy and soggy. Perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and crust. Every bite is an experience. The crust magically dissolves in your mouth and kind-of fizzles for a perfect bite of pizza and leaves you wanting more.I'm just in awe.
By far the best pizza shop I have been to. The flavor is bigger than the actual slices, if you can believe it! Come hungry leave full with leftovers ? great job!!!
