Great coffee roaster and shop! The coffee was very tasty, and in the space to see the roasting at work was wonderful. Be aware, the seating space is limited.
I ordered a chai tea latte and it was delicious. The staff were friendly enough and they have free wifi.I ended up working out of here for a couple hours. Wouldn’t be my first choice as a place to study or work as there’s not many seats and the music was really loud. Instead, this seems like a great place to grab a drink and go, or to stay and socialize a little.
Nice little place but was disappointed in the coffee itself. By the review stars I thought I was visiting the best coffee roaster in Asheville but I think it was the place and people that earned it the great review and not the product.
This little gem is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, pastry, and great vibes. We got dirty chai lattes that were top notch. It is important to note that every PennyCup location has its own menu. This spot has limited options.They also have a bit of merchandise. We bought two super cute, soft, well made sweaters. Check it out.
I hate to say it but this was the most watery, flavorless latte I’ve ever had. When we mentioned this to the barista, he did not offer to remake the drink or offer any other solution.
Excellent coffee. They've got a ton of varieties, including some truly delicious decaf.My new go-to for decaf beans.
