Ordered supreme pizza, got it home and we were very disappointed, hardly no toppings and they were about 2 inches of crust around it. It would of helped if they could of put pizza toppings all the way to the edge. We couldn't take it back, cause we live about 16 miles from thereWalmart pizzas are 10 times better. Doubt we ever order pizza from there again.
Papa Johns has the most reliable pizza delivery in Asheville right now. We called a few places and they do not offer delivery right now. Door Dash even wasn’t working out so we called Papa Johns and had a pizza delivered fast.
Commercial is selling a NY Style pizza. So very disappointed. Shocked how far away from a traditional NY pizza it was. Retribution should be given by this company to all they falsely advertised to.
I enjoy the pizza and the quality of the food has always been good to me. This is mainly towards one employee at this location. I ordered online. He got here set the pizza down and waited for me to answer to only ask for a tip. Which wouldn’t be too bad except 2 things. It was a no contact delivery. I put in the instructions to just leave it at the door. And I had already tipped on the app for that very reason. I just didn’t appreciate him not listening to the simple instructions just to ask for a tip.
honestly very thankful they deliver to us. Pizza is always good and drivers always do a great job. Any issues with orders we had with them they fixed quickly. thanks again for being one reliable pizza happiness these days.
Worker just coughs all over the place and when manager was told they dismissed it. Pandemic or not, I dont want your germs everywhere
Hadn't ordered Papa's for a long time. Figured I would give it another shot. Ordered online. Arrived, not made right (despite what they said, i know what NY style pizza looks like and how big 16" is, and it wasn't even close). Driver went back, nobody at the store would answer the phone. Finally manager called about 20 minutes later and acknowledged it was incorrect. The wrong sticker was even on the box, told me it would be a while to get it made right. Now i remember why i don't order from Papa John's. They've run out of second chances.
I received a coupon in the mail for a free medium cheese pizza for carry out. Great! I called to order it and she said it would be about 20 minutes, I arrived about 15 min later and had to use the drive thru because lobby was closed. I pulled up and handed him the coupon, he said okay pull around and I’ll bring it out in a couple of minutes, great! Well after sitting there for 40 minutes as well as another car waiting forever I pulled back around the drive thru and he was like oh I’m sorry here is your pizza, it had been sitting there for probably 30 minutes or more, so I said whatever and headed home, after looking at the pizza it is pepperoni, not cheese like I had ordered and the coupon had also said, I brought the pizza back and just went somewhere else. What a waste of my time. I’m not sure if I received absolutely terrible service because it was the fact that it was a coupon or they just didn’t care. But this is a great way to lose business. I will not be back.
2 hours after my order my pizza was never delivered and spent 30 minutes calling the store but no one would answer. Galactic pizza is where it’s at if you’re looking for good pizza and good service.
I ordered a family meal using a coupon in the junk pages, I called at 5 pm and placed my order I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Well at 6:45 I called and the manager told me that he was sorry, I was extremely patient and nice but he came off in a rude manner and told me that I could wait until his driver was less busy. I then asked if that’s the case would he credit me and was rudely told no! I am still waiting on my refund and no credit was given!!! I recommend Galactic pizza over this ill managed establishment!
