This is our 3rd terrible experience with Panera on Hendersonville Rd. Unfortunately our sales distributors keep giving us gift cards to Panera! We are now letting them know we are unable to get an accurate order or an order on time EVER! Panera needs to figure out a system that works, close their doors or reassess customer expectations.
We were so impressed with the meal deals. The flat bread pizzas are INCREDIBLE. A must try if you love Flatbread pizzas. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because the online ordering from a cell will almost drive you to drinking or multiple four letter words. The food quality was great and they had it ready so quickly. Thank you Panera, I will be back.
Went there today for lunch, tried to order a ham sandwich (listed on their menu) the cashier says "they haven't had ham in over 2 years". Okay so why does your menu indicate the opposite? High priced food for low quality service and not very clean. This place has definitely declined over the years so we have decided to stick to the Panera on Tunnel Road.
Went this Saturday morning and place was pretty much empty. Would not have expected a bunch of dirty tables and then the coffee was empty (hazelnut) and so I decide to go with the Colombian coffee. Well it was room temperature. Needless to say I was not happy about having to wait for fresh coffee to be made so I could enjoy my breakfast. I hope management starts to do a better job. I understand if the place was busy but it wasn't so someone could have gone to check the coffee and clean the tables when no customers are waiting. Not what I expect from Panera.
Food was decent, but outrageously priced. 2 adults and 5 kids, $101 with tip. For reference, we all ate at olive garden last week, the bill was $94 with tip.
Where is everyone???I walk up to the counter and people either look away and ignore me or turn around and walk away. I've never been in such a high priced sandwich shop and get totally ignored by the help. And...there's plenty of other places to eat around this location.Suggestion- have secret shopper or have owner drop by around 11 AM.I will go to Atlanta Bread going forward. They are closer to our office anyway.
We went here for lunch today.Th store is not clean enough.Th menu was POORLY worded, I could not understand EXACTLY what my item included. Honestly, their menu is small and should not be confusing. My sandwich and drink cost me $22.00. No and No!The drinks were nice!
This is the first Panera I’ve been to that sucks. Rude servers. Inconvenient service. Why do you make it so difficult to get a cup for coffee? I use the app to order so that I don’t have to wait in that long line!
I was in there around 7pm today and recieved the absolute worst service I've seen in ages from a blonde haired young lady. She and another employee did not even acknowledge me when I walked up to the register because they were on their phone. After they finally spoke with me several minutes later, I watched her berate another employee whom was asking questions about something over the phone. I dont know for sure but that employee seemed like he may have had mental disabilities. Either way I will no longer be visiting this panera.
Was my first time. Was good. They have done really great sweets to choose from this time I got the cinnamon bun was so good!
