Food was good staff service was horrible. They were rude when we walked in and when we went back to the register to buy a drink "Felix" literally said what do you want. Then the other employee acted like we were trying to get something free and said no I already gave them that before he even knew that we were buying the drink he forgot to charge us for earlier. Compared to the other panda Express we visited this was the worst experience we've ever had and will no return to this location. I don't know why we were treated so badly. I noticed them being really friendly to other people I can only guess that so nice we are a mixed race couple. I was hoping Ashville would be better.
How good the food is matters on which day/ time you go!! Often out of white rice too. But generally incredibly tasty...especially for fast food. Waaaay better than the mall's.
Horrible there was hair in my food and the manager was very rude about it when I said I wanted a refund. He kept wanted to give me more noodles and was mad when I said why would I want more of something that had hair in it ? Very disgusted
Eat here a few times a month. Food is always delicious. Love the large order of super greens. Especially when they make it with lots of garlic and a good even combo of kale, cabbage, and brocolli, all fresh and cooked perfectly crisp.Green bean chicken is delicious. The Beijing beef is usually also my go to but recently has been chewy and soft the last 3 times I orders it. Teriyaki chicken is tasty but hit and miss because sometimes it's fatty and chewy and sometimes it's not.

Ordering was a pain but the staff were patient. Be prepared for the "bowl or plate" question. The kung pao chicken and noodles were ok but incredibly salty. I'm drinking tons of water 3 hours later and am still feeling effected by the sodium. The fried rice smelled like a friend from high schools sour stinky feet. He had some condition and I will never forget the smell. The only time I've ever smelled something similar was today with the fried rice. I ate two bites and the taste lingered while I ate the chicken and noodles. My wife took one whiff and said "I told you so". She wouldn't even try it.
Walked in and it smelled like orange chicken!! My favorite! Everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks y'all!
Love this place the staff has always been so polite my order has never been wrong the food is always fresh and very delicious the staff goes out of their way to make your experience a great one these days that hard to find just one of the reason i keep going back one happy customer here . ?

Finally found a restaurant in AshvillecN.C. that I can say food was GOOD!!! Although we did take out, it was fast an easy. Panda express is on point, expensive yes $26 for one plate of food we shared, but once again food was ?
