Great experience as always. The Peking duck was excellent
It was fabulous. Food was great the only downside was it said smoked tableside where they're supposed to bring it out to your table and smoke it underneath the glass top and then pull it off they didn't do that we had ordered tray of ribs just specifically to see them do that and then they didn't do it when they brought it out but other than that the food was absolutely amazing in the atmosphere was great
Service was great and there were many vegetarian options available. I had never been to a PF Chang's before. The food was delicious and the drinks were as well. We got seated sooner than expected, which was nice. Portions were a decent size. Overall I had a good impression of the establishment, but it feels too expensive for what it is.
We went to this restaurant today (5/6/22) after seeing a movie and I got the Spicy Chicken With fried rice on the side and lemonade. Our server was Taylor and she greeted us with a smile and she was great and kind. We got there 20 minutes before our food was served and the service was very fast. ? Food was delicious. 5/5 Recommend.

Went at 5:30 for dinner and had a party of 7 and were turned away. Said they could not seat a party of that size because they were short staffed which would have been fine but the manager or whoever they sent out to tell us was quite rude. He never apologized to us and was kind of hateful. It would have been ok with us if his attitude had been a little bit better towards us. Not sure I will go again anytime soon.
Staff at this restaurant are outstanding - the hostesses working 3/12/22 evening were so sweet & helpful. The server we had was also delightful. Food was great, overall ambiance was enjoyable. Restaurant was very busy but still a great experience due to the staff imo. Would absolutely return.
We haven’t been here since 2017, and have missed it. Tonight was an excellent experience. The food and service was superb, and our waitress was kind. We are both retired, and enjoy visiting Asheville. Definitely will be back!

Operating partner Matt Weigand has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. Absolutely the worst customer service skills. How this man has stayed operating partner for 3 years I don’t know. Been a customer since this location opened. I will not be back. Made sure to humiliate us. It was a terrible experience. He is very proud of his title as operating partner. He made sure to point to his uniform jacket to inform us of his position. As well as letting us know we don’t have to eat there, we can leave. “ the buck stops with him” he should not be allowed out on the floor to interact with people. Definitely not when you have such wonderful people as Joy! She is a reason we come back. Wonderful people skills and a pleasure to see. Everyone of the senior employees that are now gone, it makes sense. No one wants to work under such a rude heartless person. Do better.
