Great place great service!!!
First time at this location. We sat at the bar like we usually do at restaurants and Tom was our bartender and he was awesome. It was approximately 4 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and the place was not crowded at all . My husband got the prime rib sandwich and enjoyed it very much and I got the steak salad. The steak was very tasty but I guess with inflation you only receive a few strips of it. That's why I would like to request that those few strips be Choice pieces and sadly mine was not. My very first bite was nothing but gristle and unfortunately I had that through quite a few of the bites. All in all though the salad was fantastic, the dressing was a blue cheese vinaigrette with blue cheese crumbles and the salad was really something I would get again I would just like to hope I get better steak. I got it medium rare and the seasoning was really good. The overall experience was five stars and if we are up this way again we would not hesitate to go back.

Just went to Outback today and was very disappointed in the food. I got filet mignonette and broccoli, broccoli tasted way too funny like the butter was bad or something and the steak was not filet mignon. It was too well done when I asked for medium well and steak itself was way too thin to be filet mignon. Waiter and manage claimed they use an iron to flatten it to help cook it but I’ve had filet mignon from here before and it wasn’t flat like it was today. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon!
Superb service from start to finish. Every single staff member encountered was friendly and patient. Food was cooked well, and served with accuracy/professionalism. Jesse provided quality advisement on food ordering, and steak cutting we’d never heard. A lovely experience.
The waiter was very unhappy and unhelpful with questions about the menu. Everything was really oily yet somehow lacked flavor. And very over priced. I asked for a medium rare and got an entirely pink steak. It was strange that the only flavor they seemed to have was horseradish sauce. The broccoli was good. The sweet potato was alright. The Mac n cheese was flavorless and not stirred together.
Ordered through Uber Ears and was delivered a nasty gristle and fat laden steak.If I was in the Tunnel Rd restaurant it would have been refused. Uber did nothing! Order else where using anyone but Uber!
Came for a last minute date night with my husband. I cannot put into words just how timely, efficient, polite and just all around AMAZING Grant Woodell was!!! Please ask for him and TIP HIM WELL!!!
We went to outback for a spur of the moment dinner . We were seated in Monica’s section I only mention her name because of the fantastic service we received. The food was great and prepared very well . Our entire dining experience was top notch thanks to Monica . No matter the wait time from here on out I will wait for her section to open up .Thank you for the great service and thank you to the manager who was very nice and also complimented the staff as well …
My husband and I ordered 2 meals for delivery costing $78.00+. We ordered 1 chicken dish and 1 shrimp on the barbie meal which came with 2 sides (baked potatoes and side salads.) We were disappointed on the small and skimpy size of the pecan, blue cheese salad vinaigrette plus they forgot one set up for a baked potato. We had a late check-in and were hoping for a convenient quality meal. Sadly, we will not order again. Uber eats delivery was good. Hope you have a better experience.
