Was seated promptly and that is the only good thing I can say. Waited 20 minutes with several waitress/waiters looking at us but no one came to our table to take our order. The couple at the table next to us commented to us as we were walking out that they didn’t blame us, that it took 15 minutes for them to get their drinks. Ridiculous customer service. Will not return.

Food was good and was worth the price. Had unfortunate waiter that was telling me how to order food even though I knew it would be full price and would gladly pay AND tip 'em as it was days before Christmas/Holidays. The waiter argued with me a little but until I had to raise my voice and then he backed off and let me order what I wanted (and pay full price). After I got my food I never saw him again, so my request to get box to take leftovers was dashed.unatt
The wait was about 30 mins but was very worth it. The salad and bread sticks were wonderful and the main course when it arrived was awesome! We had a very good waitress that took great care of us!
I usually love to sit with the amazing CJ this time we sat in the bar area they were barely busy and our server was super slow. Also we watched the to go counter argue with one another about a huge order and wasn't a great experience as a guests. I usually love this place but even ordering to go two days later was a disaster they weren't watching car side sat for 15 mins had to go in and the girl was new couldn't charge my cc after running the numbers 3 times. Then got an attitude because she didn't know how to use the system......Not the olive garden I'm used too.
The food was amazing. We had to wait about 40 mins for a table and then another 30 or so to eat, but they were short staffed but the waitress was amazing even though she was being run all over! Blessed her with a good tip! But the food was amazing!
Megan was our server and she was fantastic! Very attentive and the food was delicious. Thank you for an enjoyable meal prior to our visit to the Biltmore Candlelight Christmas.
Very boring dinner food, expected flavorful lasagna and shrimp fettuccine and received quite the opposite. Asked three times for extra salad dressing. Received our appetizer at the same time as dinners. Took forever to get our to go containers and check. Disappointed in service and quality of food. There were enough servers etc.
Good food. Way cut down menu. Not a lot of options like they use to have. Also they were out of the brownie lasagna. I was looking forward to getting that.
