We have been eating at Mr. Sushi for several years now and the food has always been great! We started going to the one in south Asheville, and now recently, we have been going to the one in north Asheville, and both are delish. Can't wait to go back and get my sushi fix. ?
We are so glad that Mr. Sushi now has a location in North Asheville, off Merrimon Road. We went for lunch and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The teriyaki dish was full of delicious vegetables and the sushi rolls were excellent. The wait staff was as friendly as can be.
My husband and I ate for less than $25 and had a pot of hot green tea. Very good.
We really enjoy Mr Sushi. The food is very good and the service is great. I would definitely recommend them if you enjoy sushi.

Not only is it beautiful to look at but it’s delicious.
Rice was overcooked and mushy. It ruined the meal. Every good sushi place we've been to from New York to Tokyo always gets the rice right. If it's ever cooked wrong, it gets thrown away and redone. Please never serve bad rice. The fish and dumplings were OK, but nothing special.

We've tried take-away twice now from Mr. Sushi and have been pleased on both occasions. The rice is good quality as is the fish. We loved the fried scallop sushi as well as the rainbow roll and the tuna & avocado roll. It is all well-prepared and flavorful with good ginger and decent wasabi on the side. We'll be back!
