Not only was the food amazing, but the staff is incredible! I was warmly welcomed and everyone was so so kind. There was one girl in particular (I wish I had gotten her name) but she went out of her way to make sure the service was incredible… not only that but her kind words were a light through the dark day I was having! So impressed by the staff at this location!!!
Very impressed with service at this location today. Staff were all fairly young, but courteous and very helpful. My husband uses a walker and has very limited mobility. The handicap spot was very convenient & easy to use & he had no trouble. We also had our dog with us & were allowed to have her on the patio seating. They brought us water for her as well & helped me carry my husband’s food out to the patio. Plenty of free parking & restrooms in good order.
I realize everyone is short staffed. I work short staffed as well, but it’s very frustrating to watch customers come in the door, go down the line, and leave out with their food while you’re still standing there 20 minutes later waiting for an order you placed 40 minutes ago. The girl at the counter refunded my order without letting me know how much longer before my order would be ready and laughed over my frustration. The manager was unhelpful. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with this location. I like the food, but the staff are incredibly rude.

The manager and co manager are awesome to my son and the employees are amazing as well they go out of their way to cater to my son we go there every Thursday for nachos they all know what he wants as soon as he walks through the door this one in biltmore.Try it
As always, Moe's delivers. First time at this location since moving to the area and it was super busy! Line to the door but it only took ~20 mins for the team behind the counter to take care of everyone. They were a well oiled machine and super nice. Thanks y'all!

The food has a very fresh taste and the salsa is a great addition to what ever you order. The outdoor dinning area is nice as the scene is the entrance to downtown Asheville. The queso is a must with the chips!
