Stuck on night shift, had a minute to grab some much needed food. Was told that the only options were chicken and pre-made pastries. Tried to order a 4pc chicken nugget, which apparently resulted in a bunch of screaming from the staff. I said, "you know what, I'm gonna leave y'all alone for now", and left. Won't be back regardless of how hungry i might get.
Ordered food from the self service screen, waited 30 minutes for the food then noticed a bag on the counter that had been dropped in front of another person. It was our order, when it was dropped no one called out a order number or said anything. Then checked it and found that they put a regular fish sandwich in the bag, we paid for a double fish. We asked for a receipt and the employee asked which kiosk we ordered from, we showed her and she said that number 3 didn't bring anything up, we informed her that it was #8, part of the number was missing. She said we don't have a #8 so we had to point out that the numbers right above them were 6,7,8,9,10. She finally got it.
I ordered a big mac and a Mcdouble and the patties were burnt on both sandwiches. I tried to call and surprise surprise no answer and then busy signal for hours on end!!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This restaurant has fallen down hill and rolled off a cliff. Every time I come here, it just gets worse and worse. I tried ordering a double quarter pound without cheese but I wanted mayonnaise and bacon. When I got my food and checked before driving off. **Always check before driving off**. Sure enough, cheese, no bacon, no mayonnaise. They tried handing me the same burger with half a cheese slice still attach and one puny slice of bacon. Still no mayonnaise. Told me to pull forward. Told them that I was not going away without getting what I paid for on the receipt. They looked at me like I was robbing the place. I did finally got my burger, 10 minutes later, the way it should have been. It’s not even worth going here anymore. This McDonalds is the haven for the homeless panhandlers from the interstate exit. Great place for children.
At one point when the African man was a manager I could depend on my order and food being fresh and right. But now. I literally just got argued down about a fry I PAID FOR. Asked if I had a receipt but the fact that they don’t give you a receipt after you pay for your food…. Any sandwiches I have bought after the manager that use to be there, old& dry.. hamburgers & chicken sandwiches
Honestly the worst service I've received in a long time. My cheeseburgers were thrown together, and the people didn't seem to care at all about their customers. They basically threw my card back at me and my food and quickly shut the window back. I understand it's fast food but some decency towards your customers goes a long way.
Order was so not right. Spent $4.27 on a fry that I know for sure wasn't the correct size also condiments was thrown into my hands and fell on my car floor.
No toilet paper in one stall. The toilet was overflowed in second stall the third stall was trashed. Many people notified the employees, they ignored the problem. They did nothing to fix it. Customers were complaining about sticky cups. They were giving out small cups but there were no lids on the shelf. They had to ask for one. I came back a few hours later. The bathroom had not been touched .some employees were standing around in the kitchen area talking. There was no excuse for the laziness of the employees. It is the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been to.
I pulled into the second order spot, and they apparently didn’t know I was there. So I sat there watching other people go through the other line in front of me. They finally came on the mic where I was to take my order and I told them what they did. Instead of “I’m sorry” or “That’s not good. Have a small fry on us,” all I got was “Well, are you gonna order now or what?”Terrrrrrribke service and attitude. Went straight ti Burger King, never looked back. ?
I live this place but I was over charged last week. I ordered a gravy biscuit hash round and medium hazelnut coffee. My total was $5 and change I ask the Spanish lady when did this same thing I order every. Morning go up? Her answer was with attitude IT JUST WENT UP ! Nerve checked just down right rude .
