Customer service is beyond horrible. The young lady with glasses taking order does not even speak or acknowledge you. If this job is such a bad job, move on. Not even a hi, thank you..nothing. I am alays polite when I go places, and she ignored my saying "thank you, have a nice day."I'd been better off talking to the wall. Food was not good. Won't be back.

I was so disappointed today at our visit to this McDonald's. While waiting inline, a gentleman came up and asked the young girl at the counter for ice/water. Not only did she not give him a cup she totally brushed him off. Needless to say he walked away frustrated. Then another gentleman came up to the counter with a problem with his order, the gentleman behind the counter tore open his sandwich, with no gloves remind you, and looked into the sandwich and stated "It will cost us to much to make a new one." My wife and I were looking at each other with our jaws hitting the floor. My daughter and I was in Asheville a little over a year ago and didn't find out about this McDonald's until after we left. My wife wanted to go somewhere else for lunch and I said no let's go to this McDonald's because I heard how beautiful it was inside. Needless to say this was a once and done visit.

Although this restaurant is considered to be a "fancy" Mcdonald's, it is far from it. My family of four went inside to have lunch around 2:00. There was a young lady at the register not saying a word, just staring at the customers standing in line. An older shorter lady was taking orders next to her. The young lady never asked anyone if they needed help. I thought that she was on break. Someone asked if she was open and she nodded yes. She had a mask on and the customer kept asking her to repeat because she would not speak up. When we got up to her she told my husband the total and he couldn't hear her so she yelled rudely the total. When we were done ordering I asked if she was having a bad day and the food runner said, No she just always acts like that. I said, "Well this isn't the job for her then." She continued to stand and stare at us in the dining room the entire time we were there. Then when I walked into the women's restroom there was the largest amount of feces in the first stall toilet. I have never seen anything like it. The door was wide open and the smell was unbelievable. My husband said that it looked like someone threw up inside the stall in his bathroom. Unbelievable!

This McDonald’s is unlike any other you will ever see. There is a grand piano and a fire place inside. The food is as good as a McDonald’s meal can be but definitely worth stopping by.

Every time I come through this location the food and service are terribleI ask the manager Rosa to direct me to the franchise owner to talk about that stores sad performance and she lies saying she doesn’t know who owns it?? Close enough to the robber barons to learn how to cheat the little man.I am leaving this review about an uncomfortable experience my children and I had at the McDonalds location in the Biltmore Village NC (35 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803).I took my kids (10 and 12) to dine in, and they saw the "Basket of Fries" option on the big screen menu. They got excited, as this is not an option in our area.When the "basket" of fries arrived, fully one third of the basket was utterly empty, unlike the basket shown in the menu, which was filled to the brim on all sides with delicious fries.So, being that what we received was not what was shown on the menu, I asked the employee at the counter to "please fill this basket".There were two employees present. One employee said to me, in front of my kids, "it's two mediums, that's what you get"The other employee took the basket and filled it with fries, just like the picture showed.So, I wrote to the franchise, at the address they posted in the store window, before I left any reviews for the restaurant anywhere, to ask which one of these employees is properly trained.Because, it can't be both.Is the item, as pictured on the menu, what a customer is to expect to receive? Or, is the item, as pictured on the menu, a false representation of the product on sale?It has been over a week since I contacted the franchise. Not a peep.If you stop here, don't let them bait-and-switch you. Check your order, and if it's short, demand that it be fulfilled.

They are perfect with my app orders. Some stores ask for the code and then get the order wrong. Here they are prepared and nail it every time. I'm in such a habit of going there that they remember me. Nice personal touch for a national chain that serves thousands per day.

Plenty of seating here. Also close to the Biltmore if you want a quick bite that is off-site. They do need to pay attention more to the orders being given because both of our orders were incorrect.

Food what you'd expect of many McDonald's, but the design is amazing. Fancy dining area with great lighting and nice piano music to listen to. This is the most fancy McDonald's I've ever been to.

This is the best McDonald’s in Asheville and the best McDonald’s anywhere I’ve been too. Drive through is so nice and welcoming. The drive through is also very fast. The building is cool and they have a self playing piano inside.
