Ordered Spud max potato primarily for the Apple bacon. Arrived home, no bacon!!The manager plans to adjust the next order. It would have been more customer service oriented to say “ your next potato is on us for this inconvenience “ Check your order before leaving. Also, the sandwich I purchased was great !
Had a great lunch today. It came out in a timely manner and our cashier Kira was great! Please give her a raise! The food was amazing and was a great portion!
We had a good experience here. It was quick to order and our food came shortly after ordering. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We did have to clean the both before sitting there but we were there at a busy time. I think they're on par with Panera, they had a sandwich and soup pairing. There are many vegetarian options.
None of the employees were wearing masks. Beyond that, just got a bad vibe in terms of cleanliness. Food was meh.
The staff was friendly and informative. The good was excellent. Prices are good for the area, especially considering the mall location. The restaurant is clean with a good atmosphere. I definitely recommend McAlister's Deli.Like most places, they are having staffing issues, so be patient about the hours. It's worth checking back if you miss them!
Waited 30 minutes and never got my food. This was at 2:15 in the afternoon. Don't go unless you just ate and are waiting to be hungry for your next meal. Just go to the one in Greenville SC. Much better.
Total confusion and no direction among employees. I waited 40 minutes after ordering for 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. I watched as they sat my order on multiple other tables. When it finally got to me the sandwich looks like a 3 year old made it. I get being short staffed but this was beyond!!!
Your hours clearly state that you are open till 7 pm on Google. I drive all the way over here, get here at 6:15 and the restaurant is closed. There is a sign on the door that says you close at 5....OK, it's really not that hard to change your Google hours. It's a very simple thing. Fix it! Stop wasting people's time.
Good sandwich. Clean. Big menu. Easy parking. Convenient location. Friendly and professional staff. HOWEVER, the potato soup was so thin it was almost transparent. More and more restaurants are now watering down their soups, sauces and gravy. Sad.
