Mediocre food, but great customer service. I ordered 2 slices. It didn't taste like much. The cheese slice looked really old, the pepperoni slice was fresh out the oven. Somehow, the cheese slice turned out to be better, the crust was firmer, as opposed to the pepperoni slice which got soggy. I ordered some dessert too, it wasn't anything special either. But everyone was super polite, and the place looked clean and well maintained.
So so so good. I don’t even love pizza but loved this. Got the veggie pizza and added jalapeños. Their house salad was BOMB which seems unusual but I’m craving it rn. Waiter was super friendly that came around checking on us Saturday in the afternoon. Relaxing outdoor seating and the option to sit indoors.
Pizza so good that I’m willing to drive 2.5 hours for a single slice. Exceptional! Incredible! Delicious!
Great place for pizza downtown. They have very nice patio seating (especially for a downtown location), great beer selection, and their authentic NY styles pizzas are def worth all five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've have been here a few times and the food has been great! Always hot and fresh, as well as huge portion sizes so you get your money's worth. And the staff is so friendly, specially the cashier who rang out my pick up yesterday. I belive his name was Chris, super nice and quick. Will definitely eat at again!
We stopped in here for dinner last night. We ended up getting the garlic rolls which were bigger than we expected. We did pizza by the slice which was New York (ish) style and size. The kids penne Alfredo was a small portion but my daughter said It was good. We had friendly service and enjoyed the food.
I was so happy we found this place. I don't know about the normal traffic, but we were there on St. Paddy's day and it wasn't crowded at all. Our food came out quickly and was delicious! It was some of the best pizza we have ever had and the mozzerella sticks were so good. There was a parking garage only a block away, so that was nice. We will for sure be here again when we pass through Ashville.
My friend and I were in Asheville to see a show and we stopped in to eat here. Everyone was so, so friendly and due to a mix-up in the kitchen we ended up eating for free. We would’ve been absolutely fine with paying since the pizza was AMAZING!!! Highly recommended if you are ever seeing a show at The Orange Peel!!!
Very clean, friendly staff, and AMAZING pizza! Perfectly crispy crust and expertly seasoned sauce! We got a 14” pepperoni and a Mediterranean and they were both great! 10/10 recommending to everyone
Fresh salad ingredients. Greek salad (correctly) had Kalamata olives. Our pizza had a significantly undercooked crust. The sauce was good - slightly sweet. The toppings were finely cut or diced. The basil was fresh but added in a small amount. If the cook managing the oven we're paying attention to doneness this would have been a pretty good pizza.
