Wow, these were the best fajitas. We had the steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas for one and split between the two of us. It was plenty!

Real deal Mexican food! We are from Southern California and living in Orlando, FL. We haven’t had real, authentic Mexican food in 6+ years! These guys are it, table beans with chips, variety of salsas, shredded beef tacos, chile rellenos! I judge a place on their rice and beans after their taco meat choices and these were delicious, just like home. Delicious and friendly staff!

The steak tacos, fajitas, and queso dip were all excellent. Be sure to try the Jamaica and Horchata!

Not your average southern Mexican food. Creative offerings in a cozy environment.Curveball to start with chips (average) and a refried bean/salsa mixture. Salsa bar has many varieties to choose from. California burrito exceeded expectations. Wish I would have got more Adobada.

Friendly service, very good prices. Quality of food was okay, but not amazing. Large portions. Chile rellenos were terrible, everything else was standard Mexican food. A nice assortment of salsas. Complimentary chips and a bean dip were provided.

Food is fantastic. Service is phenomenal. My daughter met my fiancé here and we had an amazing time. Wonderful memories made. Will return.

As a seemingly standard Mexican restaurant, this one is surprising. While the menu items are similar to so many other Mexican restaurants, the food here is just better. I've tried burritos, fajitas, and various other items and they're always so much better than the same menu item I've had at another Mexican place. It just tastes fresher and has more flavor here. This place obviously cares about the quality of their ingredients. The service is always great and the servers are always friendly and fun. They've got a cool selection of sauces at the bar as well including "the Amigo" sauce I think is what its called. It is spicy and flavorful.

This is some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had, so good that we drive almost two hours one-way just to get here. The fresh chips and warm bean dip is outstandingly good, and the fajitas, the chicken soup, the burritos, are to die for. Service is always outstanding! We highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for the best Mexican food in the area.

I love visiting Asheville as a little break from the busy life in Atlanta, and while doing so, I always try to find new eateries to add to my list. I must say, “Mama’s & Beer,” was absolutely amazing! So good that I went back on the same day for dinner (had their food for lunch). My favorite item of theirs is the Pineapple Shrimp Fajita. It was delicious!! If you like Pineapples, ask them to add extra chunks when ordering (there were a few in my lunch, but plenty in my dinner). Be prepared that the extra chunks will create more juice which I did not mind. When I return to Asheville, I will be stopping back by.

Awesome Mexican restaurant, I like how its different from other ones. Everything we had was very good and it came out very fast. Thank you so much on this snowy day
