Food was excellent. We loved eating outside. Not cheap and they take a long time to take your order and to bring the food out Banana pudding was a rip off. They also brought it out with the drinks well before the food. I loved how the manager came to greet up and also refilled our drinks. Excellent service,
We got here around 8 PM and the line was still a little long but it moved fast we were lucky enough that someone gave us a $15 gift card on their way out. The food came in 10 minutes and I ordered three different wings but they gave us only 1 flavor . They easily fixed the issue and even gave us extra wings. The burnt ends were the mac & cheese was super delicious. The pulled chicken was OK but juicy. The sauces were not really needed and the wings were very flavorful. Would highly recommend and would come back here again. The staff is really really really friendly.
The food was simply not good. Pulled pork- dry, brisket-dry. Mac & cheese- cold and poor consistency, sauce was not sweet, deviled eggs were nothing special and had chunks of green peppers- gross, banana pudding had an odd consistency and wasn't sweet, just not good food. Incredibly disappointing ?
Honestly, the food was incredibly mediocre. We ordered the burnt end Mac and cheese with fries, the brisket plate with chips, Mac and cheese and a bun.The bun was stale, the brisket was not what you'd expect for a brisket plate. It was small bits and pieces chopped up and slathered in a unremarkable sauce. The chips were well over cooked and the hush puppy's weren't worthy of more then a bite.The Mac and cheese was edible, and the fries weren't bad.Credit where credit is due. A couple of the bbq sauces were alright.
Very good BBQ at reasonable prices. I got the 3 meat with Alice brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs. The meat was super tender and great variety of sauces.The Brunswick stew was very good. Slaw was solid. Service was very good and friendly. I highly recommend a stop for some very good NC BBQ!
MY wife and I split a tray of food for dinner and it was the perfect amount of food to eat to avoid the meat sweats. The brisket was delicious as was the chicken. All the sauces were great and unique and would recommend giving them all a try.
Sauces are good. Meats are pretty standard.
My family and I stopped in behind a little league baseball team on a Saturday night. Despite this, the food came out amazing, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back!
Restaurant not that busy but service was slow. Cashier asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. Only given Credit Card Receipt, not order receipt. When I got home, I saw a "Tip" of $12.98 added to the bill. I did not authorize nor did I add a tip. I researched their menu on line in two different locations, and found no notice of a "TIP" being added. Besides if it is automatically added, it is a Service Charge, not a tip. A tip is freely given. Will be contacting management.
