I am 39 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was some donuts so I ordered the buy a dozen get a dozen for a dollar and I was told they could only give me one dozen after I paid $15. Then they decided to give me cold donuts after I ORDERED them so they would be fresh even with the hot sign on. And then all the cashier said was well you can have a free drink. So needless to say they were super rude and I will probably never go back.
Terrible service, can barely hear anything through the drive through speaker. Order a ICED vanilla and caramel coffee and it was damn near room temp with a couple of ice cubes in it. Krispie kreme has definitely gone down hill. Spread the word krispie kreme is dead.
This Krispy Kreme is never available on Door Dash. I grew up here and I remember always going here for Donuts growing up well I wanted to relive that moment with my family so I turned on Door Dash and figured I'd get a dozen donuts. KK was advertised as open when I made the order then the order got cancelled because it was busy and was the temporarily closed. My brother saw what happened and said that this always happened when he tried to get donuts through Door Dash. Just now did an experiment with my brother drove to the location and ordered on Door Dash same thing happened except no one was in the Drive Thru and one person was in the parking lot.
No raspberry donuts ? or cinnamon sugar, or iced coffee just shot down my whole order... now I'm left with a nasty strawberry ? lemonade & 2 mini donuts 1 STAR ?
Nothing about this place is sanitary from the restrooms to the people not changing gloves after money exchange, kid used his same give he wiped his brow with to reach in the case for a donuts
Best donuts around! Always fresh, They take care when filling the boxes, never have I gotten a squished one, or a mashed one. I go there once a week to get donuts for some office peoples. The hot glazed are like soooo addicting. MmMmmM Employees are always quick taking my order, and very friendly when I get to the window. Always have a smile for me.
I was ripped off last night I bought a dozen donuts that rang up to $12 in the drive thru and when I get home I check my card and see I have a $24.95 fee pending from the Krispy Kreme on patton ave I will be calling as soon as you open to make sure I get my money that is owed. I’m highly disappointed that the cashier blatantly stole from me. I will be calling corporate as well and forming a complaint. They didn’t give me my receipt after I asked for it. Tried to rush me through.
The coffee I had here made me and my boyfriend extremely sick. We thought it tasted weird so we stopped drinking it and a couple hours later we were both VERY sick. I don’t suggest going here.
O stars. 3rd time in as many weeks I have sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Not moving and have turned around and left. Corporate needs to do something to help these stores become more efficient. Dunkin and Starbucks both keep lines moving. This iconic brand may be on its way out.
Be aware the worst Krispy Kream I have ever been ----> Hendersonville, NC!!! If I could I would give zero stars.Employees have no tact, they are rude when you approache them through drive thru. No hello... No what can I do for you..... None of that polite sentences.First time visit to this place they did not have boxes for 12 donuts so they pack 3 dozens of donuts in 6 boxes. They did not have bags either so my kid had to keep them on their lap until we arrived to Asheville. I asked for more napkins they said they had a limit to give. I got 7 napkins for 36 donuts, I asked for a receipt and they did not have it. Matter of fact their was a sign on their window saying they cannot provide receipts. I called customer service to complain about this location.I went back after 5 weeks for my kid's birthday to get three dozens of donuts. I have to say we did receive them in proper boxes. But with the attitude of the cashier and supervisor being horrendous.Prior to arriving I called and asked if they can get three dozens of donuts ready. I have been informed they do not take orders over the phone... But they will take orders in hours advance???I was informed that they would be cold I said it's okay to have them cold. The lady who was taking my order was very rude with us.As before no customer service whatsoever from the employees.I did call again to that customer service to complain about their behavior.Next day at 7 in the morning somebody called me from that location and told me that I am liar I was in such a shock... I did not even know what to say..... She kept interrupting me before letting me finish my sentence. My question is why and how did they get my phone number??? I asked my kid to record the conversation in which I send it to customer service. It was creepy and she (person who called me from KK in Hendersonville) really put me in a uncomfortable situation! It's like from a horror movie. I was trying to have a conversation with her but she hung up on me.Today I visited Asheville Krispy Kreme and what a difference in service. Cashier KALEB was very pleasant, helpful and provide wonderful experience. You did made my day! Thank you so very much.We are not going to shop in the Hendersonville location again especially after someone had been calling me and telling me I am a liar
