Got double charged. Went through the drive through and realized we didn’t get one of our items. Went back around and the manager insisted that we didn’t pay for the item because it was still on her screen. I obliged and then found out that we had been charged. And she charged us again. Need some organization here. Very disappointed
The people was rude , maybe I interrupted their conversation when I ordered my food.
The food was okay it was hot and fresh but we had to eat in our vehicle because they still don't have dining room open if they did they would have got five stars.
Stop by at times when I am in the area as I live about 25 miles south in Brevard, NC. At around 3:00 Monday 01/24/2022 ordered 16 piece chicken original no sides. Nice lady at window took my $32+ and then informed me no wings - OK no big deal just substitute. An hour later had dinner and what a disappointment - it was like the chicken had been sitting to long and/or just old. No taste, tough and just not what I am use to. I know everyone is short staffed but I am tired of that excuse. No way I will be back and I will call the store when they open today and request a refund. I hate to complain but the madness of just blowing it off and moving on is over for me.

Food was good, had strip box. Reason not a 5 star, they didn't give me the sauces I requested and they didn't give me the fries that come with the meal.
