I walked in to order a sandwich and they didn’t give me the correct kind of bread so I told them what kind I wanted and a guy name Nick started yelling at me and cursing at me as if I had done something terribly wrong, so I would not suggest going to this restaurant and I do believe he is the owner too.Rude to the core!
First time and last time eating a sub from Jimmy Johns. It was aweful. I will stick to Publix subs which uses quality meat and cheeses, and fresh sub rolls.
Great customer service experience. Came in yesterday and was greeted by respect by a young woman with blonde hair. Very helpful service from her and the other staff. I will be returning!!
I have been going here on a regular basis for about two years now almost weekly. Today was the last day though. The store closes at 3pm on Sunday but they stop serving about a half hour previously. I did an online order at 2:33 today and stopped by at 2:40 to pick up my order well before the store closed. As soon as I opened the door I was immediately and rudely told that they were closed. If you are closed then lock the door. But your not closed because the store is supposed to be open until 3pm. All of the food had been put away. Change the store hours if that is what you are going to do.

I got an email for a free pickle so I headed to Jimmy Johns on Hendersonville Rd. The people have also been very friendly at this location. The spicy East coast Italian is currently my favorite. It does have a good amount of spice but not too much. The bread is also a great balance of texture and taste. The crazy thing is it was seriously freaky fast! I put my order in and just a few minutes it was done. This area is particularly busy around lunch time so you’ll want to include an extra five minutes or so for traffic.
