The ONLY reason I'll go into down town Asheville anymore, Jerusalem Garden food and service GREAT as usual tonight. Matthew and Daniellle went above and beyond just good service, they were best service I've had in years any where else. They were so patient with my 85 year old parents celebrating their 52 wedding anniversary. The food is always sssooo good!!!! The food is always such a treat. Thankyou for a wonderful evening?

Such fresh, yummy food! Love the decor, and the staff are all lovely.

The food was incredible!! As authentic as can be, healthy and not oily or salty ( like some restaurants do to enhance favor). Everything we ordered from the Babaganush, to the falafel to the main course, anything you order will be delicious and served by friendly, efficient and very helpful staff!! If you are looking for an authentic experience-GO!

This was some of the tastiest middle eastern food I've had. My wife and I split two meals the nightly special and the veggie platter. The waiter was great and recommended some substitutes to avoid overlapping between the meals. His recommendations were excellent and we enjoyed every bite. While we didn't have room for desert I ordered a baklava to go and it was just as tasty a day later.

We decided to stop at this intimate restaurant on a warm June evening. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and our waiter Matthew. From the minute we sat down, he was exceptional! The food came out quickly and was delicious- Jordanian chicken, chicken and beef kabob, hummus, tahini, and tabuli salad. We tried the baklava and halva which didn’t disappoint. Overall, well prices exceptional food with exquisite service!

Our waiter, Matthew, very very hospitable and kind. He always made sure our glasses were full and recommended two delicious meals to share. 5/5 would recommend.

Location was right downtown Asheville, near Pritchard park with lots of food options nearby, a few parking options nearby either parking on the street with meters or paid parking lots. Great aesthetic with Mediterranean/Middle Eastern wall designs towards the back of the restaurant. That area seems more set for private type events, but you can walk by in using the restrooms. Chandeliers and incorporates pillow for onto the chairs. They had a few tables set up outside. The restaurant was clean as well.Google indicate “$$,” which I thought was accurate. Most of the entrées were high teens to 20’s I believe. The Gyros were 11-13, which we ended up getting. We got the Kafka (which I never had before, which was mixture of meats in meatball form and Lamb GYRO. Both were excellent, full of flavor, filling, and a good portion. The potato harrat were great, not sure if there was a mustard base, but the waiter said there was garlic and dill in there as well. The Baklava was a nice, simple desert as well,The staff was great, attentive, took time to explain a menu item. I would definitely recommend heading to this place.

Jerusalem Cafe is a great date-night spot. We split the bacon-wrapped dates, falafel, kafta bowl, and baklava. The dates and falafel were some of the best we've ever had - we totally recommend them. The Moroccan tea was also a highlight. We also really enjoyed the service and atmosphere. Our waitress made sure to ask which items we wanted as appetizers or entrees, and was very kind and friendly. We will be returning for our next night out soon!

The atmosphere in the back dining room is nice. Kind of like a tent on an oasis might feel like. The Turkish wine was terrible. The waitress was flaky. Service was incompetent. They charged about $47 for service. There were five of us. Unless you're really having a jones for Levantine food, I'd pass. Prices run up fast if you order much. Baklava was very good.

Cauliflower and potatoes were delish!! The sauce they drizzle on top is on point!!! Sooo good!!!Service was ok, not great. Loved atmosphere and location
