Great sandwich & they gave me the option to have the Philly Steak done in a wrap! It was delicious & we had excellent service and good value!
So here is our order, copied from my app. And for the records it wasn’t like they were short staffed, I saw atleast 4 employees when I was picking up my order and they weren’t busy. One person was ordering and another was waiting on their order. We always order from here and 8 times out of 10 it’s usually right.#7 Turkey and Provolone - GiantWhite Bread, Lettuce, Provolone, Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Turkey******We ended up with pickles.1#13 The Original Italian - GiantWhite Bread, Lettuce, Oregano, Salt, Provolone, Mayo, Dill Pickles, Banana Peppers, Yellow Mustard, Boiled Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni, Prosciuttini, Hard Salami*******We ended up with no lettece, pickles, or banana peppers1#13 The Original Italian - GiantWhite Bread, Oregano, Salt, Provolone, Mayo, Banana Peppers, Jalapeño Peppers, Yellow Mustard, Boiled Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni, Prosciuttini, Hard Salami*******We ended up with so banana peppers or jalapeños.
During my most recent visit, staff were unpleasant and visibly morose, and the gentleman that took my sandwich order made it apparent that I was a bother to him. I know they were probably over-worked and possibly overwhelmed, but it was a discouraging experience and the sandwiches certainly weren't up to their normal standard. Maybe just an off day, but it left me with little desire to return. The young man the made and brought out the philly's was very polite and hospitable, though.
Said I'd have to wait 30 minutes for hot food. Guy cooking on the grill had big hair with no hair net on. Found a different colored hair in my sandwich.
Don't understand how they make customers wait on large order that should have been placed in time for prep like day before. People treated like they don't matter did not expect this from this restaurant.
Amazing! This place is always busy. Nevertheless they manage to get the food out quickly. First time eating here. We pick up food in nearby restaurants and couldn't help noticing how much business they have daily. I was so pleased with my #13. The bread was fresh. The veggies crisp and as always the meat is sliced to order. You can't get any better than that. Loved it! Will be back.
So being in the depths of Absolute worst service in every thing from day to dayI grabbed my dinner here and was pleasantly surprised at the kind caring efficient service I got at this Sub Shop? Soany places are running short on Staff and service. But tonight gave me hope for the future. I .so grateful for the best customer service I have experienced on well over a year. From Mission Hospital to the Rehabilitation center! All could take tips from this location.
I'm currently standing here over an hour past the time my food that I ordered online ahead of time was supposed to be prepared and they only just asked me what order I was waiting for then started to make it. This is the second time this has happened to me here and I will not ever be returning. I can get better service from the raccoons at the McDonald's dumpster
Feel bad that everyone is so short staffed. They worked hard to fulfill all the online and in person orders as fast as they could, but I did wait 30 minutes from the time I walked in to I left. Not their fault...
Dirty Restaurant and Slow employees. Clearly unsanitary conditions. Manager seems empty minded and distracted. I will not be coming back, do not come to this location! I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
