I’ve eaten at Jmikes A LOT over the years and this location was a lot better a few months ago. The last few times I’ve ordered I received a sandwich that was made fine but the bread was rock hard and stale making my sandwiches disgusting and inedible. When I’m paying a premium ordering with Uber Eats I should be able to eat my food. I guess they give the gross bread to the Uber orders to get rid of it because they think those customers won’t complain.

Consistently great sandwiches and with entertainment today. There was a real life Karen complaining about waiting in the most inappropriate way. She not only cussed the staff, but made a scene even after being offered a full refund by two employees. Then she asked an employee to go outside and fight (n front of her children no less). She shouted that she would have their jobs so I'm posting this review hoping the owners or managers will know it wasn't the staff who started the scene but the irrational, rude and impatient customer.

As usual great subs, the best in Asheville, very good friendly staff. Fast service.

I love Jersey Mike's subs! The ingredients are fresh, and I am glad for the GF buns! I travel a lot, and this is a staple meal in many places that I visit. I was not disappointed in the food quality at this locations, but the customer service left room for improvement. The employees were not overly friendly. They did not seem to enjoy working or show any cheerfulness to the customers. I forgot to use my Shore Points rewards on my order. When I asked the employee if there was a way that I could do it after the fact, she just said, "No," and walked away. I went back to my hotel and figured out how to do it online myself. This was not the quality of service that matches the high quality of food. Keep working on it!

Busy in there today!! Staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. I got the original Italian Mike's way on the parmesan rosemary bread - delicious.

Super busy which I understand but the kid on the line was clearly on drugs taking his movements very very slowly. The woman who checked us out was terrible snappy and rude

Went in after ordering my sandwich online and being informed it was ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start it after I got there. I put “no cheese” because I’m allergic (and wouldn’t just forget) and when I asked them to make it they were rude and had no plans of doing so. If I pay $18 for a sub at a chain restaurant and they won’t remake it that is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the food industry. The employees then joked and laughed about how I had to demand them to make me a new one until the employee snarkly handed me my sandwich and I left. Will never be coming to this establishment again and am severely disssapointed in the employee behavior.

The team on board today was beyond amazing as were our sandwiches!!! And ? wow the bathrooms were so clean amazing lunch pit stop in under 7 mins

Ordered at 3 pm with 5 people working in the store and it took 20 minutes to get our chicken bacon melt. There's a bit of an efficiency issue here and I wouldn't recommend this location. If I had known that it was going to take this long, I would have ordered a cold sandwich....

Delishous well made subs. Only issue last time, girls didn't put any seasoning on.. just oil and vinegar.. ruint my giant sub and the other giant one for my friend didn't have it either. Alot of money..
