The food was absolutely delicious and I’m not a foodie so for me to rave about food is a big deal! We sampled many of the tapas and all of them were so creative and so delicious!!!! Definitely recommend checking out this restaurant!!
OMG the ramen! The chewy, springy, bitey, Ramen. 960+ reviews aren't wrong. If you're for ramen-focused restaurant that serves delicious "real ramen", I'd have to give this place my recommendation. I only got take-out, so I can't speak much for the restaurant, but the peek I got was charming and the staff was super friendly (they didn't mind us customizing the order by pulling/subbing out a few things). As for my takeout? The Spicy Ramen was choice -- with a mild heat that starts in the throat and builds towards the tongue as you eat more and more. The 10 minute walk didn't make anything suffer either, pouring the still hot broth over the noodles woke them back up, and they still had a delicious bite after sitting in the soup for a while (they didn't disappoint and sog out). As a bonus, I tossed some Chashu Pork on their and found it soft and a little bit fatty--just the sort of decadent addition to treat yourself with. 11/10, will happily order from Ito again.
Not a huge Ramen guy so take into account. Taste and texture good. My girlfriend had the spicy and it lived up to its name. PBR in a can is a huge plus!
We all got the Ramen noodles with pork belly it was outstanding! I also ordered one of their specialty drinks, they really put some effort into mixing up a fantastic drink ms, the last samurai it was so good and refreshing. crab wontons as an appetizer were very tasty
Generous portions, great food flavors, but the tables were very sticky and the floors were slippery due to weird humidity in the restaurant. The restrooms were dirty, need a complete Reno with a really good scrub down. The food was good but environment not the best.
I stopped into Itto Ramen bar a couple of times during my last stay in Asheville. Their ramen was rich and very satisfying, with the bowl size being more than enough for lunch or dinner for me. I sat at the bar both times as they were busy, and would happily go again the next time I am in Asheville.
We waited outside for 15 minutes when we asked to see if we could come and wait for the last 5 minutes before 1130. Even though all the employees were standing around with all the lunch. Stupid decision and horrible customer service. prep done, they still wouldn't let us sit. They won't ever have to worry about me coming back - ever.
Horrible customer service !!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND. We decided to try to Hendersonville one in Airport Road, and when we arrived, we got there early and decided to see if we can get seated five minutes early. And the lady behind the counter would not let us see five minutes early. We were ready to try something new and because of the decision that the lady made, we will never be back or try it. All over 5 mins. We could have just sat down and had drinks. But they decided not to do the lost a customer for good. Such a shame.
First time coming here, the atmosphere is nice and comfortable.My server was the one good thing about my visit here, they were attentive though having to do everything themselves.The ramen was okay, the flavor was good.The cucumber “salad” was odd, I’ve tried quite a few in different spots and I’ve never seen thick sliced cucumbers with the juices called a salad. I’ve usually had it sliced thinly or cut up, which is way easier to eat, mixed with a little something.I had to cut the slices in half just to easily eat them. The juices it was in was tasty at least.All in all it was just an okay visit.
Always try to visit when in town to see friends. This place has some of the best Ramen in America. I gave in to curiosity and ordered the ramen 'burger'... Because why not?Delicious and unique for sure. Will add it was quite greasy.Appetizers are always on point and the staff is amazing just like every visit.
