You always know what you are going to get here. Inexpensive and tasty food. We did To Go for dinner and the limited staff they did have were over worked, but doing a great job. Online ordering wasnt working so I did a walk-in to go order and they had it ready in less than 10 minutes.

This morning my family and I had a terrible experience here. Older lady that was waiting on us had informed us a multitude of times that they were short staffed... But there were at least 5 waiters not in kitchen... Standing around.. Also we were told they only had straws for children and refused to give us any.. I called a neighbor IHOP to see if they were having a similar problem, they weren't. I'm not sure I'll eat here for a while....

My pancakes were cold the butter did not melt. No sugar on the table for my coffee, no syrup brought to me for the pancakes. Charged for orange juice and they were out of orange juice. Did not bring water to drink. They have a sign stating to be nice because they are short staffed. But the staff they have are not nice and don’t complete your order.

Great experience! Entire staff worked together to make sure there wasn’t a single thing missed or waited for. Super appreciative for the kindness and attentiveness in such difficult times.

Very pleasant.. waiter was nice...... They did a good job with everything from food to keeping my drink not empty..... Hurry up it's time.to eat!!

I just ordered in the building. Because when you call there is only a busy signal. I gave the waiter a 30% tip in hopes that my meal would be right. when i got to work with my food the oder is wrong. They gave me exactly what I said that I didn't want. RICE. I asked for mashed potatoes. I got a steak that was well done instead of medium rare. Now all left is the breakfast that I have for after work and broccoli from the lunch order. OH and to add insult to injury, there are no utensils in the bag. I would complain over the phone but its always busy. So NOT COOL!!!I went back to just get utensils and switch out the rice. The waitresses customer service was awful. She stated that I was punishing everyone else because I don't want to use their establishment anymore. Not an apology for getting the food wrong. BTW she was not my original waiter. Just decided that she was upset that I was upset. And came back 2x to trade insults with me.

The food is always on point (unless staff advise you to order something they won't have time to do, i.e pancakes with ice cream on top.) They're constantly understaffed with only one server on the floor at a time. I respect the servers for this and understand how stressful that can be. I think it's largely up to the management. I just feel bad the servers have to apologize for being understaffed every time and to be fair when there are more than four tables it's hard to maintain satisfactory service. We felt like a bother to ask for syrup because they were so busy. I would say 5 stars except for two specific servers refusing menu items simply for time efficiency. I know this pandemic put a dent on the restaurant industry but this specific restaurant is really struggling.

The Birthday breakfast was very nice...Thanks Mike...The waitress Cabrella was very good and fast...she got me a pancake cake

My family’s experience today was good until we received our food. The waitress was friendly. I understand the shortage of workers. But our order was simple and the waitress understood what we wanted. The food came out and plates were not hot, more like lukewarm. My daughters sandwich had cheese that was not melted. The waitress sent it back to melt the cheese. The cooks added more cheese that was hot and melted cheese on top of the unmelted cheese. Therefore it was to much stacked cheese. My daughter peeled off the cheese and found a hair in the food. She resent the food back and didn’t order anything. My mother asked for eggs over easy and it came back scrambled and food not warm. And my sisters meal had chicken that was over cooked. The waitress blamed the mistakes on the cooks but I feel as a waitress it’s her job to see that the orders she took should be checked before sending them out to the guests. It reflects on her as well as the cooks. We were more than less impressed with the IHOP on Tunnel Road. Will not go back.

Staff was friendly and prompt unfortunately the breakfast didn’t measure up pancakes at the pancake house were cold and not at all light or fluffy. I had a chance to inform the waitress when I was about to leave she offered to get me fresh ones but too late for today if I try again and have a similar problem I’ll voice an objection right away.
