We decided to give this quaint restaurant a try. Were pleasantly surprised at the amount of food each of us was served. Each of our orders were very tasty and filling. If you leave here hungry, it's your fault!
It was ok. No sear on the steak and overall very salty. I’m not a big salt eater but normally can eat out without issue. Don’t love the mandatory tip either.
Our family of four went and sit at the grill side. The young man put on quite a show as he prepared our food. The service was great the so was the food.
We ate here as the First Watch had just been built but not open yet and we were hangry. Wait to be seated was a little more than the 15 minutes they quoted. Once seated and we settled on our entrees, food came out on a decent time frame. I had the lunch bento box with shrimp tempura, veggies tempura, white rice, orange slices, and a veggie spring roll. It was filling and normally Japanese or Chinese does not fill me up. My daughter and husband had green tea. My husband had sushi ? and my daughter had beef nagamaki. Expensive lunch but good especially when you are hangry.
Wendy was our waitress, and Chris was our cook!! They were on top of EVERYTHING!! Chris put on a spectacular show and my kids LOVED it! Wendy was SO QUICK with glass fill ups and her sweet tone with my kids too???We will absolutely return soon!!
Start off with a green salad with ginger dressing. Then watch with amazement as the chef prepares the meal on a grill right in front of you! They show off their skills with confidence. The food...delicious. grilled chicken, Shrimp, fried rice and fresh vegetables. The price is reasonable and usually leftovers to take home. Fun for kids to watch the meal prep! Highly recommend Ichaban. Yum!
We have a wonderful and friendly chef. He cook the food right in front of us and the is delicious. You really get your money worth I had so much food on my plate. I bought the rest of it home
First of all, the food was great. The service was great, too. The clientele, however, looks as if they belong at the Golden Coral. Not the restaurant's fault though. Call ahead to make reservations and be sure to differentiate between hibachi and sushi. We kept to the sushi side of things and was not disappointed. Delicious.
skill of each cook is so different. And, some guys can't even make a good food at all. For say, one piece of beef is good, other piece is way too much of salt, even can't eat. They charge too much tip in bill as well.No worth to visit.
We have our favorite chef August and he always delivers a great Japanese Hibachi experience! The other chefs are great too but he is our preferred and the owners always try to accommodate us. Food is always cooked as we ordered it and the portions are for a great leftover meal later!!! Please stop by and bring the family for a great fun experience with a great tasting meal!
