This place is great!!! Best sushi spot in Asheville, Adam is a creative genius!

Best sushi I’ve had! I came for my birthday and ordered the Electric Eel roll and was so happy with my choice. This roll had the perfect consistency with so many layers of flavor. You got the creaminess of the cream cheese and the avocado mixed with the savory flavor of the crab and salmon topped with the slightest slice of lemon and eel sauce that ties it all together. A great choice for a tasty roll that will fill you up!

Sushi and seltzer... two of my favorite things! Loved trying this place out and anticipate my return. Staff were very kind. I think it's really awesome that they have vinyl nights here! Very excited to see what kind of drinks they come up with in the future.

I havent stopped raving about this place. The seltzer is next level. The staff is warm and welcoming everytime. The sushi is fresh and the best ive had in the AVL area. Lovee this seltzer sushi place.

Love this place! The sushi is the best in Asheville and the seltzer never fails. Above that though, the bartenders provide great conversation, are very generous, and create an awesome atmosphere. Can’t say enough about this place and the staff here.

Beautiful sushi and crafted seltzers! Awesome atmosphere!

I enjoyed the seltzer’s however when the sushi roll I ordered came out I saw a hair okay a hair it happens.. then another… on the next piece of sushi hanging out of the roll…then one stuck on the side in the eel sauce next piece another hair!!!!!! I could not believe what I was seeing so unsanitary…The staff was understanding and took the roll off our tab but that is just not okay for a restaurant. I hate to leave a bad review but on vacation it’s super disappointing to encounter a place like this.

Understaffed, so can understand to some extent. But, dirty plates and tables/bar not bussed. The two staff who were working - neither had masks on properly. Overall, just gross.

Sushi was great, the vibe is chill! Also loved the open climate given the pandemic, felt safe.

We discovered this place because we were looking for carb free sushi and did this place deliver. The chef for the night, Adam, went out of his way to create a lovely meal for my fiance and I. The other restaurant affiliated with thirsty monk over in biltmore Park, Tasty Greens, looks equally amazing and will be our next night out. Chef Clint really has his finger on the pulse of the asheville food scene.
