Place looks great, ordered a ginger and 1 of those pink lemonade slush. Pink was not good. Took it back told them it wasn't good. Was only vasked if I wanted to buy anything else. I said no thanks
Now if you're feeling dry just head into Hi-Wire Brewing. We like all the fun & games there & I've even been there for a blues band. But by far, the beer, the variety of tasty treats await you. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
Love, love, love the South Slope location. Whether it's with my kiddos, enjoying "life-sized poole" & a Halloween costume contest, or just me, stretching with a yogi or throwing some dadhole: this Asheville brewery has it all. Deliberately inclusive, Hi-Wire offers uniquely fun events, many of which give back directly to our Asheville community. If there's no drag show or ferris wheel planned on the events calendar, still go. The staff has a friendly, easy-going way about them, and no one will think twice if you need to be left alone to read some cultural anthropology! David Graeber pairs well with their Hi-Pitch; James Suzman, with their Mountain Water. After you read, go ahead and purchase their Pink Lemonade in bulk, because you're going to have to spend some upcoming day at a place other than the South Slope location. Just make sure that's not the day of your friends' wedding at the Event Space, as the apologies grow tired, and it becomes a whole thing. The plane was grounded! Drink Hi-Wire beer!
Love this spot! Very convenient to access. The open space in the tap room is awesome for meeting up with a group of friends. I love the beer garden in the back of the venue, it is shaded and has an industrial and green feel to it. Bar tenders are always knowledgeable and friendly!
I love this place. Good vibes. Excellent beer and service. They showed World Cup games, have family-friendly events and give you tours. If you’re in Asheville definitely check it out. Grab a pint! Have a few laughs.
LOVE HI-WIRE. Good beer, good times...always. They do beer well, have something for everyone, and create an enjoyable experience every time. Hi-Wire is my go-to place for Asheville beer.
The beer was ok, brewery looked impressive visually. One of the bartenders was friendly, but the overall vibe of the place left much to be desired. Glad we visited but doubtful we will return.

This is are second visit to this brewery from out of town. This place is great to have a beer and hang out. The staff is very nice and the place is huge! They also have a food truck outside with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. One of my Favorite places in Asheville!
