My husband brought me here for my birthday. Everything from hostess, to waiter, atmosphere to food and drinks was outstanding. My entree was so beyond delicious. We will return !
Great food and drinks. Beautiful view of the mountains. Waitress was exceptional!!
This is not authentic Cuban food. The Arroz con Pollo had very little chicken or flavor. The rice was oily in the pan. The setting of the restaurant is great with outside dining and beautiful views of the mountains. The bar scene is lively and our server, Oriana was terrific and friendly to my wife and I.
Chicken meal very dry. Want go back.
Here on vacation. Food was good and convenient as we were staying at the hotel. Just nothing fantastic except for the character of the food which you probably canât get any where else. Restaurant was busy so I understand the server not being to attentive but she did her job well. This was our second visit would come again.
The atmosphere on the rooftop was great, however, even with a reservation we were seated 30 minutes late. When we were seated, we ordered a simple sandwich and hamburger and it took and hour to be served to us. The waitress did not come to the table to check in, other than serving drinks ordered. It also took her 15 minutes to come back to pick up the check and charge our card. Service was very disappointing, food was mediocre, but the views were nice.
Staff was friendly. Server was not especially attentive. It was not super busy inside where we sat. Food portions are very generous and food was tasty. Nothing extraordinary but good. Yuca Fries and sauce was good. The shrimp appetizer was just OK. The toppings served with the tostones board were really good, but the tostones themselves I thought were tough. Beautiful views from the patio and the wine selection is nice. Overall a decent spot, but not somewhere I would think to go often
Manager credited our appetizer that took almost one hour . Food was tasty ... Once is enough .

The roof top view is beyond stunning! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The music coming out of the speakers was very loud and really bordered on intrusive. For such a beautiful setting the music should be in the background in my opinion. It was hard to carry on a conversation. Overall Hemingway's is top notch! We will definitely go back!
