Loved the samurai sake! The coconut shrimp and steamed pot stickers were delish!
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was me and my husband first time there, and immediately when we walked in it smelled REALLY bad. Like old fish. So we sat down, our waiter never even greeted us at all, never refilled our drinks, and never came back to check on us. The food was not good but edible, we ate half of it and left the rest. Finally after waiting for our waiter for a long time we just got up and went to the front to pay and leave. It was $82, cool. We left. A few days later I check my bank account and they have added a $10 tip for themselves from my receipt! After the experience we had! So now I will be going up there tomorrow and demanding a copy of my receipt, and contacting my bank, and doing whatever I can to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. My first and last time at this place.
We have been a few times now to Green Tea and the food and service have been really nice. This last time we were waited on by Sage and we had the best service yet. Sage was so kind and patient and lovely to have taking care of us. This person is an asset to your team! She made a great experience even better just by her calm, caring energy. Thanks for having such great staff and great food!!
To begin my review the food was not as good as it has been in the past, defiantly not worth the money I paid. My table was right in front of the server pick up station where they get your food and then bring it to your table. I was watching the servers while I waited to get my card back so I could leave; and, I witnessed a male server with a man bun take some food off a patrons plate and eat it. Then he picked up both plates and took it to the persons table. I was disgusted and needles to say I will never go back. I mean really!! With COVID going around do you really want some one eating off your plate.
Wonderful sushi with fresh and flavorful raw fish, and tasty cooked rolls. I had a Blue Ridge Roll on the specials menu, along with a Fried Oyster roll that was crunchy and not greasy at all. Friends meals all were given thumbs up! Service was attentive, all servers wore masks. Five sushi chefs were turning out spectacularly beautiful plates. Drinks were a bit pricey, but overall a great experience.
I've been over a dozen times with friends and family for most visits. Used to be great food and service. In 4 months, I've made 4 visits just thinking I need to give a former favorite restaurant another chance. In order: We waited a long time for any service. The fans were blowing at high speed. We changed tables. Eventually, a waiter came and chewed us out for sitting with 2 people at a 4 person table. The restaurant was empty. We left. Next time we arrived for lunch 20 minutes before closing. We were refused service and told we could carry out only. We left. Next time, the food was cold and poorly prepared. Today,I left after no table service for 20 minutes. I told the man who seated me, who I believe is the owner, why I was leaving. He said nothing. I don't know how this place is still in business, but they no longer have mine.
Great all around dining experience tonight. Sushi was great as well as my Pad Thai bowl.We have been going here for years, and it continues to be our go to sushi place. Easy parking and conveniently located, generally fast seating, and service was extra excellent tonight ( thanks J___)
Great place to get sushi or several other types of Asian cuisine. They have tons of stuff on their menu and it's all quite good. Went there for a birthday dinner and everyone had a fantastic meal.
Sushi is always a good quality. Friendly wait staff.
