what a great, unique, comfortable space. interesting art to see and buy, a great selection of Libations and a great vibe.
I'm so greatful for finding this little place called Great wild nowhere,that has opened my taste buds beyond whiskeys and bourbons. I highly recommend it personally to try for yourselves. If your in the mood for a zesty beverage and some heart centered good company around the riverside arts district of asheville Nc,dont pass this little treasure up! Place joys my heart and has a one of a kind vibe,artworks and live music playing in the evenings that can't be beat!

I LOVE this art bar. I came looking for Andy's new gallery location since I hadn't been to Asheville in years, not knowing even what I was really looking for. The squirrel told me I was headed in the right direction for Andy's work.... Inside I found a beautiful, open, and inviting space. I figured I might leave with some art, but I had not expected a broad selection of local drinks and the artist himself as bartender! The 2 beers I sampled were tart and fruity, just how I like em. It is very unlike me to not get a pic of the menu or jot down the name of a beer I like, but I was having SUCH GOOD CONVERSATION that I totally forgot. I easily could have spent hours there. There are also 2 dogs, one of whom was interested in pets :) Took home 2 lovely pieces to add my collection but will have to make another trip to Asheville soon and will definitely visit here again.
