Me and my friend came to say here yesterday, and the food was sooo good! And we had some guy kept talking to us and some guy came up to us afterwards and made sure we were okay! I’m not sure if it was a worker or customer but even offered to wait with us if we didn’t have a car for our safety. Really good employees and safe environment! Loved it!
Got the opportunity to eat hear with a crew of friends. First off, absolutely great customer service! We all ordered a variety of different items. Hot dog seemed to easily be the best bang for the buck. Root salad was great and you can add some pulled pork if you want a little extra something.Quantities seemed a bit small with both the entrees and fries which was really my only beef.
Their Monday night burger & pint special is such a good deal. A double patty with cheese and a side of fries (these fries are much better than the RAD location) and $2 off a Hi-Wire pint (only good on Mondays).If you're in the area, swing by. They knock these out pretty quick, giving you just enough time to run for a pint.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.Parking is a little tight but turns around quick enough with folks getting their burger fix and leaving.Personally I think the burger is perfect as is, wrapped with just cheese, meat, bread - the onion and pickles come in a little cup AND so does the mayo, mustard, and ketchup. They're in packets on the side with the pickup window.
I’ve only eaten here once( 3 years ago, )but since their burger is still on my mind, I had to leave a review. I went to Vegas and had a burger from Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. It was amazing, but still not as good as the Foothills burger.
A better (and healthier) burger just can't be found. And those tallow fries: Just the best! The foothills burger is the mainstay but the Monday special burgers are a deal!
Mainstay for burgers and fresh delicious french fries, located outside of the Hi-Wire brewery. Fresh buns and tasty grilled burgers coupled with the BEST fries due to being fried in beef tallow, make this the best burger joint in town.
Hands down the best cuban I've had outside of Florida. Great bread (most important piece of a cuban imo) both the ham and the pork were to die for. Perfect amount of pickles and a good deli style mustard chock full of mustard seeds. Ill just go ahead and say top 3 Cuban I've had.

The food is great. The people are great. If you have something other than that to say about your food truck experience - just don't.
