The guy that made my sandwich was great! I was the last guest of the day and he was great. Will go back again.
We placed an online order months ago for pickup, it went through and my husband got there and they were closed. We have been trying to get our money back for a while. We've called corporate and they have made contact with them. We have called them ourselves multiple times. No luck. Kinda jacked up.
Stood in line longer than 15 minutes while still not even getting to place order. Left and went to store and tunnel road and have already recieved food. Believe was Eric that was working.
I have always loved Firehouse Subs, the staff welcomed us as we walked in and the subs were soooo DELICIOUS. I would definitely recommend to my friends to eat here. I told the staff as I was leaving that the subs were DELICIOUS.
Best subs anywhere. This location could use a bit of cleaning of the facilities though.
Just had THE best experience ever at the Firehouse Subs on Patton Avenue. Our to-go orders were exactly right and prepared before I could even sit down! So impressed with the two gentlemen working today (receipt says Kenneth waited on me). Note: Due to staffing shortages, they're only open from 11-4 right now.
Good tasting subs but $31 for two is just ridiculous, quality is better than Subway but way too overpriced for what it is. Probably won't be back for that price.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! They messed up all 3 sandwiches! Horrible service! I will not go back!!!!
Over priced. Light on toppings. Didn't follow any of my special requests. Didn't get my side of hot sauce, didn't get the chips I ordered. Drink was super dilute tasted horrible. When I called the manager told me they did everything right and I was wrong and couldn't do anything for me, Not even refund the chips I didn't get. Told me I would need to email the owner since they couldn't do anything to help me. After emailing the owner I get no response. Fill out the customer survey and get no response. This place used to be great but now is just a pathetic cash grab. Go to subway if you want a mediocre sandwich, at least they will give you what you ordered.disappointed.
