Ordered a margarita pizza for delivery paid for extra basil. The delivery was 7.95 plus a tip. It took 2 hours to get the pizza. I was sent the wrong size. No extra basil. I called them took a picture to show them they did not care. All they said was we are low on staff. If they can not provide a delivery service and are low on staff then do not take the order.
Love this place! Amazing pizzas, calzones & other NY style Italian fare. Done seating & free parking, but take-out is the specialty. My personal favorite it the traditional Stromboli. This is the best I have had anywhere. Highly recommend!
Really good pizza . Friendly staff. The plain cheese slice is great. They have a lunch special 2 slices and a soda for 7 dollars

We’ve been in the Asheville area for about 2 years and having moved from an area where we took great pizza for granted. During that time we have searched hi and low for a “real” pie. . Our search ended last night at Favilla’s . This pizza is not only the best in Asheville, it’s may be the best I’ve had anywhere. High quality ingredients, the correct ratio of cheese to an incredibly delicious , chunky , fresh tomato sauce. It’s a 30 minute drive from our home but one I’ll gladly make anytime to enjoy Favilla’s fabulous food!
Pretty good pizza. They have good ranch dip. Wings were decent. Staff member was super helpful and nice.Atmosphere is terrible, though. Bright fluorescent lighting and the sun was too bright to be able to sit at any table and be able to see what you are eating. And there’s this sign in the bathroom that will make your stomach turn. And “go local” card only honored if manager is there, so didn’t get a discount.So would eat pizza again, but get it delivered.

Best in Asheville not only in food originally from Brooklyn NY but in heart. Went out of their way for me while very sick. I especially thank CJ and Destiny! What a wonderful people.
