This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Asheville. They always forget half of your order and then still manage to get it wrong after you’ve told them. Drive a little further and go to the one near the airport instead.

After I park I found out there was only drive through and it was a very long line
Service was quick and the munchkins were good, but the iced chais I got were like 90% water. Normally wouldn't be too much of an issue if two large ones weren't almost $10.
This is the only dunkin’ donuts that never restocks their donuts after running out. everything i go and try to order glazed munchkins they never gave them. someone needs to have the employees restock when they run out of something all the way up to closing time.

This store never has donuts.I went in today ask for 3 different kind of donuts and they were out of all 3. Come on folks it's a donut store. And 5 employees up front standing around. Not the first time.
Very nice staff but when it says they open at 5am no one assist you until 5:15 please update store hours for those that have to be at work at 5:30
I recommend Dunkin tho I do not recommend the Dunkin located at 1975 Hendersonville Rd Asheville, NC. I went through the drive through and wanted to try something new-the matcha latte. I normally get a sm decaf hot coffee with three cream and two stevia. Once I purchased it I tasted it. I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and both the cashier and manager ganged up on me telling me if I ordered it I have to deal with it. The manager did not offer to replace the value of my
I don’t normally stop at this location, lady that served me had a attitude and was very short and cut me off while I was ordering. It was an older lady. Won’t be back at this location. She had a attitude towards the other employees as well.
