Looked pretty new and clean. The lady who helped us was so nice. The coffee was good, as were the donuts.
Open from 05:30 am until 16:30 in the afternoon. Why? Can’t find people to work it… Really? That’s what they say… Hate they’re in the neighborhood with their current management. The Starbucks can find people to work. Not sure why they’re incapable of making it work. Hire people. Sell coffee. Make money. It’s pretty simple.
My husband and I stopped there while traveling. I went inside and straight to the restroom and opened the door. An employee was using the bathroom and screamed loudly when I opened the unlocked door, startling me. My husband walked in and another employee tells, the dining area is closed. We said, the door was unlocked. Can we at least use the restrooms? No. Upon exiting the building we saw a poorly taped and curling sign that stated that the dining area closed after 2pm. ??♀️ lock the door or fix your sign...??♀️
amazing staff even with the constant Police free Drug problem that never leaves. The Homeless addicts live behind the shop and the drug dealers drive though the back to serve the dope fiends hourly.
Ordered through door dash, so I didn't see it till it arrived. But this is not a door dash issue it's a dunkin issue..... who the heck fills up the cup half way. Avoid this place
The donuts were good and fresh. Their hot chocolate is yummy and piping hot, not to mention about half the price of other places.
Lobby and bathrooms are closed. The doors are locked on one side, the other is just for certain orders. The drive through line was very long. The employee on the intercom was muttering and unclear.
This location has a huge problem with following modifications. Easy ones too, like light ice in tea. Smh the cup came PACKED with ice I couldn't even put my straw in without struggling. This is why I usually go to Starbucks :(
They made my coffee just right and even though they had a massive line they didn't make me feel rushed.
DD hash browns are one of my faves, however this location provided hard crunchy stale hash browns, as well as burnt coffee and stale croissant. Quite the disappointment for a long car ride and limited food options. 3 stars for the great sausage egg English muffin.
