Manager on duty 06/15/22 at this location is rude and doesn’t care. His attitude to their mistake with my order was disgraceful. Like the customer should just get over it and so what that I gave you the wrong order. Not going back to this location. By word of mouth will be your down fall.
If drinks could be made right the first time i would have no problems. Almost everyday I go through on my way to work, my caramel ice latte…. Is missing the espresso, a literal cup of milk, or absolutely no sweetness. I then swing back around for them to please “fix” my $6.00 coffee for a bunch of high school girls with a horrible attitude to tell me I’m wrong & have nasty attitudes. I highly recommend Dunkin in fairview. Never mess the drinks up and such a sweet staff!
I spent $14.50 on 2 drinks and 3 donuts and the donuts and coffee sucked. Had to throw one of the donuts away because the frosting slid off the donut when I pulled it out of the bag. Having them edit this because I threw a second donut away. It was horrible. The one donut I actually ate tasted a day old and I should have tossed that one too. It’s not specific to this store though, all Dunkin Donuts locations are garbage. Only reason I ate here was because I had a gift card and I still regret going.
The district manager, Anthony, is absolutely amazing at running a clean, organized, coffee shop and donut place. The store manager, Curtis, is very hard-working and truly cares for his employees and customers alike... especially having worked this hard to keep it running during the trying times of the pandemic. Sunshine (Alyssa), Barbara and Gracie, the shift leaders, are very strict, punctual, and run a tight ship. Sunshine (Alyssa) and Barbara have such kind hearts and truly care about others and their well-being. Andrea, Ally, Taylor, Shana, Jaylin, Anastasia, Alina, Yana, Kelly, and Kyle are very good at actually doing the heavy lifting and keeping this ? Dunkin ☕ Donuts truly ? running. They are the employees who roll up their sleeves and work hard to get things efficiently done. Todd, the regional manager, picked well with Anthony, the district manager who has worked hard for 16 years for the company. May the Lord bless him in his future endeavors and allow him to retire early, so he can get the rest he most certainly deserves.
10:49 a.m. 3/26/22 Saturday I just had an awesome experience at DD. There was a young lady there that was very very busy, but she took the time to pleasantly fix my order that I messed up. I was the difficult customer and she handled the situation very well. Thank you.

I'm so disappointed in Dunkin Doughnuts. Months now at various locations as well 7:30 am today. No Apple fritters, no maple, no crullers. I've been a customer of DD since their beginning. You've lost another customer and I'll be sure to spread the word.
I had something happen to me that has never happened at this Dunkin' before. I experienced the rudest kid ever, working at the drive thru!!! Coffee and donuts were great, as always. I absolutely hate that so many businesses are hurting for employees so much that that's what we have to resort to. I will return because I am a loyal customer; I just hope that employee has learned manners since then, or unfortunately is no longer there
Worst Dunkin in Asheville. Every time we come, they are out of every donut.They said they close at 4:30.Also said only mobile orders only, so be prepared for that.
Had to change my 5 star review down to a 1. The past 2 times I stopped at this place in the last couple of years (I live out of town), they made me the incorrect drinks. On my past visit, I ordered a pumpkin cream cold foam and received a charlie cold foam instead.
