shut it down. order 4 times never received my order.staff didn't mind saying racial slurs
I put a online order in and go to pick up the order by the time it said it would be ready and when I got there the man said it would be five hours from now. He used the excuse that he was the only one there and it is Friday so needless to say we went somewhere else for our pizza. There was also another customer in there and he was told it would be close to 11pm for his order. This is very disappointing and sad.
My order was over 2 hours late and when I called they told me my pizza was on the way. I had received a message 25 min prior to that telling me the order was on the way and still hadn’t received it and still didn’t after another 20 so I called and they didn’t have any explanation for by I didn’t have it and told me they could not make it again at this point and it never arrived. Will not be returning to this location.
Picked up two pasta meals. One was only half full. Called to complain as was put on hold for 8 minutes, and was then told they had gotten scolded for over filling the containers and hung up on. I guess they don’t realize how many other pizza places we can use in the future. Not good customer service.
worst place to order pizza for delivery, i took appx. 2 hour to get the delivery. pizza was cold. i had to throw away the pizza. wouldn't recommend to anyone or you will starving waiting for cold pizza, -5*
I ordered the pizza at 9:30 PM, it came out of the oven at 9:41 PM and I didn't get it until 11:12 PM. When I sked the driver to call his manager (because the store was giving me a "closed for the holidays" message when I called) the manager Mikey was INCREDIBALLY rude. I am filing a complaint against him for corporate, and despite the time it took, he did NOTHING and just hung up. I am VERY VERY upset. He does not deserve to work in a customer facing position, and honestly, I hope he looses his job. The driver was perfectly friendly, but he had no authority to do anything in that situation. I paid for the order, but I am going to demand corporate refund all but the tip, and if I get wind that that manager even TOUCHES that tip, I will be even angrier, because he doesn't deserve a CENT of that tip. When you work in a customer facing position, you need to be polite and courteous, and this manager was not, in any way, shape, or form.
I’ve been to this location on two occasions in the last three months and if you are not there before 9 to place a order. They kick you out of the store and tell you they are not taking more orders. Meanwhile, their hours still say 10 p.m. this is a joke of an establishment. It’s not wonder that the “fast food industry” is in ruins right now.
Delivery driver was late. No apologies or anything. My pizza was cold and grease was dripping though the box. This is unacceptable to order late food and delivery like this.
The two pizzas I ordered were, fresh, tasty and satisfying! The cheese and marinara sauce was a fam favorite!
They don't answer the phone.
